Dunkin' — Restaurant in Taylor

When my daughter and I walked in there for the first time ever there were approximately 7 people waiting to be served, no one at the counter, female employee in the next room busing herself and tall heavyset male in the front ignoring everyone but busy, we stood for 5mins I decided to take the lead and ask the customers have they been waited on they said no and volunteered the comment that it's always like this here, I'm scratching my head why are you people still here!!?, so I said is there anyone available to take our order, heavyset male ignored me so I walked over to him and repeated myself and he stated yes as soon as I'm done, what!!! with customers waiting, we left went down the street, got waited on immediately and my daughter made it to work, I'm not a review person, but customer service is getting worse and worse, I had to say something, and I'm calling corporate, just because you may own a franchise, CUSTOMER...

Went with my husband yesterday the coffee was stale not fresh the refresher was not good I’m very sad to say it was not a good experience the lady helping was kind and sweet the only good experience although so sad they only had her in there freezer was messy out of code freezers for cakes and ice cream down this is an on going problem at this Dunkin’ Donuts the floors disgusting open broken structures kids could get hurt I used to work at a Dunkin’s this ones so out of code donuts container was gross hate to say it but they need major updates to this store go to southgates store updated and clean this one is trashy telegraph road off Goddard is the worst shop I’ve ever been too smh so sad I live down the street gotten worse over the last 5 years lived here 9 gave it a shot again it’s way worse smh stale donuts and never in stock with...

The Indian gentleman doesn't always understand English but he makes up for it by being kind and sweet.🙂 Treats my special needs son like a prince and my daughter like a princess. Every Valentine's Day they have heart donuts and he makes sure kids get the jelly fruit filled kind they like. This past week...our friend put on his hat and coat to go in the freezer and brought out the last quart of Love Potion 31 ( white chocolate ice cream with raspberry ribbons, and dark chocolate hearts filled with raspberries) just because l told him it was really good. Who am l kidding...l wish 31 Flavors would carry this flavor...
