Beto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Taylorsville

Came in and I was going to grab lunch and I need to go to the bathroom but the men's bathroom was missing more than half of the toilet seat and I asked if I could use one of the other restrooms, I made it clear that I was looking to get something to eat while I was there and just wanted to wash my hands and use the restroom and they said they wouldn't let me do that. It's kind of upsetting something so simple and they just can't take care of their facilities or anything so I would advise not eating here do the fact that they're facilities are so poorly maintained I can only imagine what it's like behind the food counter. I got to admit part of the reason I'm mad is because if I had ordered food and not been able to use the bathroom I probably would have not made it I'm currently on a medication that's a diuretic But I also so happened to need to eat food with when I take it. I just wanted to get some food use the restroom as well as wash my hands being dirty coming from work. So take the review with a grain of salt but it's still unprofessional to have your only available bathroom...

I've always loved ordering from this specific Betos because my food was always hot and delicious but the other day I called just to inform them I was sent an incorrect burrito twice as well as verify the correct one was made and the person that answered the phone was extremely rude. I could have called with an attitude but I didn't because mistakes happen, I just wanted to double check that they make the correct burrito. I literally just reordered it and called to verify yet she seemed to have such a horrible attitude which was disheartening because I tried my best to show that I was not upset BOTH times i called. She answered the phone so sweet and as soon as I mentioned about the mistake made her tone changed extremely fast. The customer service was AWFUL especially since I was still extremely nice when they messed up my order multiple times. Weird. Due to service I'll just order from a different location

MY APOLOGIES, I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER COMMENT BUT THIS HAPPEN YESTERDAY 10/30/23 MY FIRST CALL WAS AROUND 4:15PM SECOND CALL...

Every single time I go to this location for carne asada fries, I ask for extra sour cream, and they charge me for it but NEVER give me extra sour cream. A few times, I have asked (the same lady every time) the lady at the window, if they could put the extra sour cream since I was charged for it, and she did it. (With a very irritated look on her face.) But the past few times, (same lady), she decides to argue with me and say "it is because the sour cream goes to the bottom." When if anything, it looks like they gave me less sour cream than as if I weren't to ask for extra. I check every time before I drive off and show her (even moving the fries around to show her the sour cream isn't at the "bottom" and that they are dry.) I will not go back to this Beto's. And from what I see in multiple of these reviews, they seem like rip offs or...
