Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Taylorsville

My son ordered his first jersey mikes yesterday 3/30/23. He thought it was being delivered. Her then found out there isn't delivery. He tried calling the Taylorsville store several times and not one answered. He had to call a different store who said they would call and give them his number.... They called him and told him they didn't have any drivers. Instead of them offering him a refund to make it right my son has to go pick up the sub. By the time he got home the sandwich was soggie from sitting for almost an hour. My son tips very well for drivers because he knows that's the majority of their pay. Jersey Mikes is Taylorsville did nothing to make it right for him. Then time, the gas, the song is sub plus finding someone to drive in the snow! They could have offered him a full refund but they didn't do he had no choice except to have this his account debited for a sub he didn't go get. I’ve never had a bad experience with Jersey Mikes! And that streak continues 💙 I took my exchange sister from New Zealand here for the first time and everyone there made sure it was unforgettable. Just love their subs. Unlike all the competitors, always get it's Mike's way with a helping of jalapenoa for a little kick. The staff always super nice and helpful. There isn't really an atmosphere other some 2 paintings on one wall and a murall, but still tries to have a small sub shop feel for a large conglomerate corporation. Still a good place for a good sub. Not a fan of places that expect a tip after you order at the counter, seat yourself, get your own drinks , and have to clean up after yourself....
