Besides being out of half of what we wanted, they failed to give us the sauce WE’D REQUESTED EXTRA OF as well as provided us with no silverware. Are we supposed to eat mashed potatoes with our fingers? This has happened nearly every time we’ve gone to this location. Because I’ve had enough of subpar service, I called the restaurant. A woman whose name I can’t remember answered. I explained the situation and said I needed to speak to a manager. She told me THERE WAS NO MANAGER AT THE STORE. She offered to take my number and have a manager call me. I questioned the legitimacy of there being absolutely no manager in this open store. She then said she was the co-manager. I then said that she should be able to help me and asked what she could do to make the situation right. She insisted that another manager would have to call me. I gave in and gave my name and number. Was she really any kind of manager? Ben, the other “co-manager” called me. He’s the manager on duty who apparently abandoned his store. I again explained the situation and he yelled at me in the phone and told me I should just go to a different KFC. What kind of manager turns away customers? I spent over $40 on $5 boxes tonight. How is this store still open? Anyways, he was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me get a single word in and was extremely insulting. He refused to do anything to make the tradition of terrible customer service I’ve experienced at this store right and hung up on me. I tried calling him back on the cell number he called me on and he wouldn’t answer. I tried calling the store number to ask for the contact for the district manager and no one would answer. What kind of a joke of a business is being run at throw store? If you can’t provide customer service as simple as putting sauce and silverware in a bad on multiple occasions, how are you still in business? Read moreI get the WORST service every time I go to any KFC/A&W, Kearns & Jordan Landing in particular! The person taking our order is very impatient and asking "Is that all?" Every time you order something in addition to cutting you off when you are ordering.. Then being told we would have to wait 10 min for a burger to be cooked and really waiting now 20 min (still waiting as I write this review).. In other times we always have to pull around or pull up to wait.. They never put napkins in the bags, even asking for condiments they will still not give you any and will run away from you before you can ask them to get you some.. So always make sure you keep them standing there while you check for your Honey, butter or fry sauce Lol Still waiting for our food... After 30 minutes the same guy came out to give us our food, I told him how ridiculous this was and asked if they put the condiments in there that I asked for.. He said he put the honey and butter but not the fry sauce, then asked me if we wanted him to get some.. I told him yes that's what we asked for and there was no honey or butter so he should bring that too.. Looking at our food while we waited, they didn't give us the side we wanted, that we tried confirming twice with him as he kept cutting us off when we ordered, so he still hasn't come back with the condiments so we went in to get them ourselves and get the right side.. Talked to a shift manager that wanted to correct the issue with "free cookies" which we had on our order already.. He offered a liter of Pepsi and said he'd talk to his team member. Got home and discovered the bag of condiments which had smashed fry sauce cups all over everything... Obliviously smashed on purpose!!! The burger, that took 30 min to make, was COLD and I mean ice cold.. Like the onions and tomatoes were FROZEN!!! Also they gave us a lemonade instead of sierra mist... Pffff... This place is...
Read more07/14/2020 The sign said they close at 10pm, my receipt said 9:01pm way before they should be starting to close up. It would have been difficult to screw up the coleslaw, they didn't, but the rest upsets me. Between prepping to close early and that they were obviously distracted, hence the cold food and lackluster order.
I paid $22 for the rest which was absolute garbage, cold, stale cod, with no offer of any sauce. We wanted a 24 piece wings, honey BBQ, they traded off between saying they had 12 and then 16 wings then confirmed it as 12. We had to settle for a 12 or wait another 16 to 20 minutes, but they probably would have managed to bring them out cold as well. Which they also put down two ranch sauces, to which there were actually none placed in the bag. Ticket#1570 #s720175 * Order was modified after total * Why? Just because there is a pandemic going on doesn't mean that I have to get second rate food and service. If you can't treat your customers with some respect, and can't have food that is palatable then you shouldn't be open. I did a survey on the KFC website and after I was done they wanted me to enter into a contest, i declined, that was the end, no room to put down any information for contact
11/2019 I bought a Bucket of chicken, with 3 sides, the chicken has a ton of breading , but not so much in the meat department. It was almost as if they had stripped the pieces of chicken to add them to another item on the menu to save money. Just an observation, but accurate, the mashed potatoes tasted like they were made from a powdered mix, and the rolls were hard after just a short period.
