Went today & I was overcharged the service is trash 100% I never got my drinks till 20 minutes in we waited since my daughter really wanted a huarache de asada we went in a group of 6 the prices are not as shown on the menu correctly of what they charge on the menu they were priced for $11.99 but at the register they charged me $13.99 plus $1.00 more for the asada one. keep in mind no where on the menu it says they charge more for the selection of meat you pick also we got a torta & was charge $3.00 more dollars additional to that due to the meat selection as well. Drinks as well we ask for no ice & when we told our server she said in a minute she will come back & never did till another server came & gave us the food this is the first & last time I ever go there. I recently visited this business, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. First and foremost, the hygiene standards were shockingly poor. The tables were sticky, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Worse yet, there were flies buzzing around, which is a clear sign of the lack of cleanliness. So if that wasn't bad enough, the food was equally disappointing. It was obvious that most of the dishes were frozen and reheated, lacking any freshness or flavor. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality. Between the bad hygiene, the presence of flies, and subpar frozen food, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't respect the menu prices. At the register they charge you about $2 more than the reference price. The dish said rice and beans. The beans didn't arrive. I ordered them and they wanted to charge me for them. The waiter never came back after serving the food, not even to give me the bill. I asked to speak to a manager and no one came. It was my first time going and I'll never go back. They recommended it to me and honestly, what a scam. For a Saturday, the place looked almost empty and now I can see why.
