The staff here are always friendly, the place is clean, and my order’s always right. But the food quality has dropped—burgers aren’t made fresh anymore. I came during the lunch rush, and the grill wasn’t even turned on. Patties were pulled from a tray, not cooked to order. If they brought back fresh, hot burgers, more people would definitely come in. Edit: I did call and speak to the manager and the guy tried to gaslight me and tell me that my experience was true. That what I saw I didn't see and what I experienced I didn't experience. Somehow I was contacted by the owner of several of the Temecula Carl's Jrs, Carlos by phone. He thought I had some issue at the Temecula Parkway location. I said I did not, but that I had lost all of my Rewards points.
He offered to help as best he could, but also offered for my trouble, 2 complementary sandwiches, which equalled my Reward points that had gone missing.
