Dan Henderson's Brewhouse in Temecula is a true knockout, offering an experience that transcends the typical brewery or restaurant. It's a multi-faceted destination that perfectly embodies the spirit of its namesake, blending top-tier dining and drinking with a serious commitment to health and fitness. The culinary offerings at Hendo's Barrel House (which encompasses the brewhouse, steakhouse, and more) are consistently excellent. Whether you're craving classic bar bites like juicy burgers and wings, or looking for something more substantial like their mouthwatering steakhouse cuts (including Wagyu!), you won't be disappointed. The emphasis on quality ingredients is evident in every dish, making for a truly satisfying meal. The vibe here is a perfect blend of rustic country charm and a lively sports bar energy. It's welcoming and comfortable, whether you're there for a casual dinner with friends, a big fight night, or just to unwind after a workout. The space is thoughtfully designed, creating different areas for various experiences, yet it all flows seamlessly. It's a place where you can genuinely connect with others and enjoy a good time. As a brewhouse, the craft beer selection is, as expected, fantastic. They offer a diverse range of house-brewed beers, showcasing a commitment to quality and variety. Beyond the brews, the fact that they also operate a distillery means you can expect unique and well-crafted spirits. And for those looking for something non-alcoholic, their juice and coffee bar offers fresh, invigorating options. What truly sets Dan Henderson's Brewhouse apart is the integration of Hendo's Gym. This isn't just an afterthought; it's a state-of-the-art fitness facility that caters to all levels. From MMA training, jiu-jitsu, and kickboxing to functional fitness and cross-training, there's something for everyone. The instructors are highly skilled and supportive, fostering a positive and motivating environment. It's incredibly convenient to be able to get a world-class workout in and then refuel with great food and drinks all in one place. Dan Henderson's Brewhouse is more than just a place to eat and drink; it's a complete lifestyle destination. It delivers on all fronts – great food, a fantastic atmosphere, excellent drinks, and an awesome gym that truly elevates the entire experience. It's a must-visit for anyone in the Temecula area looking for a unique and high-quality establishment.

We had a good meal here. Our waitress Charlie was outstanding! They just opened in May 2025, so they are probably still working things out. We had a group of 5. We stated with drinks. I had their house made Hazy IPA. It smelled great and had a great color. It tasted good, but not much lasting flavor. We tried their vodka and both their bourbons. They were good. We had several appetizers. The burnt ends were probably the best. The sauce was sweet. The pretzel was OK. It tasted as if it was originally frozen, not homemade. The mustard and cheese that came with it were good. The Mac n Cheese bites were decent. The dipping sauce was very good. The meat balls were good. The sweet potato fries were ok. The Truffle Fries were good, but were dry and not very flavorful. The Brussel Flakes were good, but also dry. There was no sauce at the bottom of the dish. It was dry. For our meals we got a streak. It was good. We got a burger. Also good, but very light on the bacon jam. The salmon was good. The brisket grilled cheese was great. The ahi tuna sandwich was great. We ordered 3 deserts. Everyone agreed the Crème brûlée donut was the best. The cheesecake was OK, but dry. The coffee cake was good, but the ice cream on top was outstanding. The atmosphere was great. The dishes piled up on our table as it didn't appear they had dedicated bus boys to get them. I would eat here again, but after they get the kinks and menu worked out. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of everything.

Had been waiting for this to open for quite a while. I knew they were up to something soon as I saw the tanks installed outside on Jefferson. It took a while but it was worth the wait. Came in about 2pm the day after grand opening and was told it would be about an hour wait. However, there was plenty of communal seating around the bar and we were seated right away. We were starving so we got the pretzel appetizer and it was on the table in under a minute. My wife and I both wanted a burger so we got the fox burger and man did it hit the spot. The burger was fantastic, but the bacon jam really puts it on another level and makes it an exceptional burger. I got the fries and my wife got the chips. Both were very good, but I found it easier to snack on the chips after that huge burger and couldn’t finish the fries. I tried their west coast IPA and also the Crazy Hazy. I would highly recommend the Crazy Hazy, very easy to drink and very delicious. Been excited for their expansion, it’s going to do great, and can’t wait to catch some UFC fights here. You are able to tour the gym and they also have live fights in their octagon as a ticketed event. Wasn’t aware, but will definitely be checking that out.

Omg my husband and I decided to check out the new restaurant, we both were very impressed with the atmosphere and had high hopes. We ordered pork belly app, and we both got filet mignon med. rare, the food took forever !!

We got our app out looked like they sprinkled pork belly and covered the rest in pickled onions and greens also put sauce in the bowl to fill it out, it was laughable how little pork belly was in there.

Out filets came out my husbands filet came to a point looked like the end of the tri tip and was completely grey over cooked!!! Mine came out looked like a strip with fat removed. I asked the expo if it was a filet and asked him to ask the chef, he comes back and said yes the chef said it was a filet…. I called a second server because I couldn’t find ours she takes my plate and comes back with my “filet” folded in two and she says oh they some times butterfly so it cooks faster. Like wtf who butterflies a filet minion mind you it was $48 no sides and what type of passsive aggressive move is folding over the steak it didn’t even make sense if it was butterflied. I have worked in BOH for years this was bullshit.

Finally our waiter came around I explained what was going on, he spoke with manager and the manager offered a new fire I declined by this time I was over the lies of what they are serving .

Management did Handel it very well and comped my meal as they should because I didn’t even eat it .

My suggestion don’t bother save your money and cook at home it will be...
