Super rude! I walk in and said do you have anything ready to go? He said yes we have bread. I said OK he said cash your charge so I started to count my money and he walked away from me.!!! And left me standing there (he’s dark haired and scruffy looking) After several minutes, one of the employees came from the back and said, how can we help you? I said I already ordered the man just walked away from me and left me standing here so then he came back up and took my money when I asked for dipping sauce he said that’s extra rudely. I said OK so I had to take out another dollar and six cents After I gave him the money He slammed the door closed at the register again very very rude!!! This location does the Pizza Portal which is normally awesome. Usually it’s done right when the app tells you and everything is groovy. Tonight was very different. Not only did they blow past the expected time by 15 minutes, the app notified me it was done but to see the cashier. They say it’s not done and need another 5 minutes. All the while I have 2 toddlers sitting in the car demanding their yummy pizza. Get your act together and quote times correctly. It’s not that hard. I’d simply leave and go somewhere else, but you have to prepay with the app and I’m not trying to find out how hard it is to get my money back. Going on 30 minutes waiting now. It’s getting absurd. Went to pick up a online order. It said it was going to be ready at 6:30 I got there 6:35 food wasn’t ready. I was like okay not a problem. Waited till 7:00 I went in to ask about my order the girl was like I’m waiting on your wings. I told her I didn’t order wings and she went oh okay we have your food. The food was just sitting out. It was cold and stale. Next day I went because I do DoorDash on the side. Waited 40 minutes for my food. The people waiting have been there for 2 hours. I understand that there is a lack of workers but maybe management or this company should do something about the flow of online orders. I feel bad for the people who are working here they seem over...
