Boycott this restaurant, the marketing director obviously is petty, no she DIDNT tell her manager to tell me that they have issue's with me complaining about their food, because I want ๐ top 10 service's for my order, and that's how it suppose to be served. How dare rhe marketing manager tell her lead workers to tell me that over the phone just now. Because they basically saying were NOT going too serve you anymore because I complaine about my food being wasn't right, and aint been right when I've came there for them to get right in the first place. We'll I am always complaining about how, the food is, I thought if I spend my money there I expect my food too be hot and fresh, basically, what the marketing mangers are saying is that, what ever food that you buy, whatever it smells like, look like, whether is over cooked, under cooked, NOT cooked, the customer is wrong and you are NOT to complain, but to eat what they sever you. You the customer has no say so in the matter of hiw they cook their food or for even that matter served thr food. Basically in lamen terms the marketing director should be fired from her job, because whatbshes doing is feeding people anything, and saying nothing when they have severed you food from the garbage can from the back of their restaurant and then just stand around and look at the customer like its your fault why because you complain about thr nasty trashy disgusting food that they service customer, this place need to be shutdown, and start over with the right body of employees, because rhe district manager down tonthe employees inside this restaurant can jump in large pool of body water! ย ย ย Read moreSuch a wonderful and compassionate team of people. I had two Chic Fil-A coupons that I wanted to use as I had no funds. Unfortunately, the coupons were for breakfast only items and I was there at about 4:30pm.
The gentleman that was handling the lines on the outside took my coupons and advised that unfortunately my coupons were for breakfast only. He confirmed that I was wanting breakfast right, and not a sandwich. I said whatever the coupon was for I'd woof it down cos I needed it.
He then asked me to go ahead and hold on to my coupons and asked if I'd like a drink and he'll get it for me. I said I'd be happy with a sweet tea. He said what sauces do you like... I happily told him about my obsession with the Polynesian sauce and he seemed authentically interested in all I was saying even though he was standing out there in the Phoenix cold. Then he asked me to grab my sweet tea at the window. So, I thanked him and pulled up to receive my cup of tea but don't you know that this human had ordered me an entire sandwich!!!????!!!! Guys, even my coupons were for like the biscuit minis and no drink!!!????!?!

I ordered a large meal with three large Mac & cheeses after waiting forever in line once I finally got my food it had three small Mac & cheeses so instead of them correcting they advised me I would have to pay for difference (I ask them for original ticket that showed the breakdown of what I already paid for and the couldnโt provide) I didnโt want to hold up line so I said fine she then charges me for three large Mac & cheeses in addition to what I already paid for not the difference!! Both charges posted to my credit card statement so I called to get clarification and was advised I would get a credit in 7-10 days!!! So I asked why wasnโt I only charged the difference like they advised and the manager Kayla advised me that โIโ told them to just charge me for three large Mac & cheeses !!!why would I do that if I already paid for three small? That doesnโt even make sense. I wasnโt going to act on it but I really donโt like the attitude that I was given due to the store mistake.
