I would like to share my exceptional experience at the McDonald’s I visited with my children at 3255 S 48th St, Tempe, Arizona. This visit has made this location my favorite McDonald’s and holds a special place in my heart.

From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The team members were attentive and efficient, ensuring my order was taken promptly. Their professionalism and willingness to assist truly enhanced my experience.

The food was prepared to perfection. My order was exactly as requested, and everything was fresh and hot. The fries were crispy, and my burger was juicy and flavorful—exactly what I hoped for. It was evident that the store manager and her staff take pride in maintaining high standards of quality.

Prior to this visit, I had not stepped foot into a McDonald’s for about a year. As the father of two toddlers, I had avoided taking my children to McDonald’s due to several negative experiences at other locations in the Tempe area. In the past, I encountered unsanitary conditions in the play areas, which made me concerned for my children’s health.

However, today I decided to make a routine stop for a couple of Happy Meals. Before leaving, I took the opportunity to make an emergency bathroom stop to avoid any discomfort on the drive home. Upon reaching the restroom, I was pleasantly surprised to find it impeccably clean. The well-maintained lobby and redesigned dining area also caught my attention. The inviting atmosphere made it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal with my family.

After further inspecting the newly designed playground—previously a significant factor in my decision to avoid dining in—I was impressed by the overall quality of this location. I decided to surprise my kids by dining in instead of heading straight home, curious to see how the rest of the experience would unfold.

After finishing our meal and allowing the children to play, I wanted to express my complete appreciation to the management. The store manager at this location has demonstrated superb leadership, especially considering the heavy traffic and challenges of maintaining a busy restaurant. It takes phenomenal leadership and a well-prepared team to achieve such consistency.

I made sure to let the manager know how much I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the environment tidy and welcoming. This visit stands out as one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The combination of friendly service, delicious food, and a clean environment exceeded my expectations.

I went to McDonald's and ordered a 12.99 bundle box which comes with 2 big Macs 2 10 piece chicken McNuggets "4 sauces" and two medium fries. Noting the 3.6 Google review score on my local McDonald's I made sure to be extra cautious when ordering. I pulled up to the drive-thru and immediately I knew something was wrong when the young man serving me asked me to repeat myself 3 times. One thing I noticed was that he did not even ask what sauce I would like when I ordered the 12.99 bundle box. At this point I began to question myself "did the 12.99 bundle box from McDonalds that comes with two big Macs, two 10 piece chicken McNuggets, 4 sauces, and two medium fries actually come with sauce?" Checking to make sure my mind wasn't playing tricks I asked the young man "does it come with sauce" to which he replied with "yeah it should be in there" this settled it the 12.99 McDonald's bundle did indeed come with four sauces. I hurried home excited to consume this delicious meal I had just purchased especially because there was nothing to make at home and I was extremely hungry. Once I got home and opened the box I was horrified to see that there was in fact no sauce. the amount of time and money that was wasted all so that I can consume my nuggets and fries with no suace angered me. I was extremely disappointed in myself and in the company. How could they do this to me how, could they lie straight to my face. Ever since my wife left me because I don't have a "real job" sweet and sour has been the only thing bringing me happiness. McDonald's will never know the amount of pain I went through when I realized I had no suace. My pain will never be known by woman as it far surpasses even childbirth. I ordered dinner, which included an apple pie. Me being a big dessert guy I went for the pie seconds from leaving the drive through...It was cold. This happened to me last week at a different location, but same time frame 10pm ish. I went back and politely asked if they would swap out my AP for one that was warm. A few moments later the employee apologized and handed me a bagged up pie. Telling myself "there is no way they are going to mess this up again so I drove off. I was dumbfounded 2 mins later when i opened it and again it was just as cold as the first one. Seriously how can such a simple task get messed up like this. I mean where does common sense come into play. What normal, rational person wouldn't take 2 extra seconds to just check and make sure this one is right. I'm not sending back a steak that's over cooked here, ITS A PACKAGED APPLE PIE! HERE IS A FREE TRAINING LESSON....WHEN BAGGING UP THINGS THAT ARE TO BE SERVED WARM/HOT AND THE BOX OR FOIL WRAP FEELS ROOM TEMP OR SLIGHTLY COLDER.....YOU GOT A 99% CHANCE THE FOOD IS ALSO THAT TEMP!!!!
