Shift leader was very rude to me when I asked about my app order. I said the drive through line was too long so I decided to come in. She then rudely said, well you will get the order in the same order and turned then walked away. That acknowledgement was AFTER standing there being ignored for 10 mins. So I stood there and waited again for another 10 mins, then she finally but a bag on front of me and said, Have a nice day, and walked away. I looked in the bag, (my order was one bagel sandwich),:this bag had 3 hash browns and other items. I then said this isn't my order, she said, "yes it is, it's just wrapped different" I then said "no it isn't". She came back and grabbed it back and walked away. I then asked "Do you even know what my order is?" Which I was ignored, and finally after waiting about 25 mins in total she threw the bag on the counter and said "have a nice day". I said "Can I have your name because you aren't wearing a name tag". She said, "No! I don't need to give you my name, now you need to leave or I will have you escorted out." I then said I can see you have braces so when I write my complaint. She then said something like, "no, Im not racist, don't play that game with me, Honey. Now have a nice day". At some point during this encounter she said, sorry you are having a bad day, now leave. I did leave and tried to ask the workers outside what her name was. They"didn't know" but one said she is the shift leader. I explained that she was very rude on arrival and he said they are pretty busy in there. I said yeah but I waited 25 mins after my app order was placed before I left home. I will not recommend this location to anyone wanting a decent interaction in this establishment. My experience just shows how the lack of customer service is rampant in the McDonald's company. This is hardly the first time I've been treated harshly in a McDonald's. I'm disappointed that these employees can treat people with such disrespect and still have a job. May I suggest more training for your staff for common courtesy. It will go a long way. Very disgruntled with your business and your employees. I will never return to your establishment and will tell the story to everyone I know who might use your...
Read moreI placed an app ordered, arrived and waited 5-7 minutes in the drive thru line after giving my code. When I got to the second window, I was given part of my order and was asked to pull up. I politely said, Im sorry I don't pull forward at drive throughs. The employee said ok. The manager, Alex came to the window and asked me to pull forward and I restated that I dont pull forward, that this was an app order and should have been ready as I had already been in line for 7-8 minutes at this time. Alex became aggressive and threatening and said he would call the police on me if I didnt pull forward. I said well by the police get here, my order will be ready. He became more aggressive and told me it was Arizona law that I pull forward. I said never mind, just give me a refund to which he refused to do. And said this is your last warning and I am calling the cops on you. I was polite, not aggressive, there is no Arizona law that requires a paying customer to leave a pick up window without their food or without a refund. He was aggressive, threatening, rude and refused to give me any information to contact his boss or have his boss contact me. After a very nice employee implored me to pull up, I did. She later told me that Alex was new and was clearly in the wrong and disrespectful and should not have threaten to call the police. I have never been treated so poorly and disrespectfully at a restaurant before. Alex needs immediate retraining and/or be reprimanded for his unprofessional conduct and threatening behavior. Alex is the opposite of a managerial candidate and has the poorest of customer service skills. Lying and threatening customers is the lowest and shadiest way to get them to do something. Alex is horrible and should be looking...
Read moreThis place is poorly run and has no customer service. Went to get food and pulled up to drive thru, didnt get a "welcome" or "thanks for choosing McDonald's, what can I get you", instead I got "what will you have?" Wow what a start. After I ordered my food (the big mac bundle) there was about 10 seconds of silence then I was told "first window". I was never asked what dipping sauce I wanted or given a total amount or even a thanks. Pulled up to first window, couldn't hear what the girl said total was because she had a mask on, was leaning back from the window and was talking so quietly. Then when we get to the 2nd window, there to is also no hello or review of my order. I get the box bundle handed to me and then the worker leans back to start another order. I had to ask for the dipping sauce because no one asked me when I ordered it and I was only given 2 packets when I ordered the big mac bundle and that comes with 20 nuggets, how is 2 packets of sauce gonna deal with 20 nuggets? How in the world do fast food workers think they deserve higher minimum wage when they cant even do their jobs right at what they get paid now? YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! This has to be the worst experience I've had yet with this McDonald's and its customer service has been in decline for the past 2 years. I will pass on the word about how to avoid...
