Great location, super busy with locals and traffic from I-10 hitting them they are always busy, sometimes super busy... Food is fantastic, best if not it is one of the best burgers for the money you can find. The cups have a great verse on the bottom of the seam of the cup. The sodas are always tuned for taste and not off like lots of places. The coke is crisp and tastes great, all the drinks are good, be it the pink lemonade or iced tea. They clean the valves to the tea dispenser regularly, some business don't break down the valve and the tea as a result tastes nasty. Not at In N Out, they clean things properly and keep things in the dining space clean too. People today just don't clean up after themselves, some make a mess on purpose and leave it for others to clean up. Seen some not even tell employees if they make a mess on the floor. Insane from my perspective. Sorry, personal hit button as I think it is disrespectful to everyone, not just the business. Great burgers, fantastic fries freshly cut & fried... The In-N-Out spread tastes great on them! The shakes can be ordered in sizes other than the regular size. You pay for different sizes but it isn't a bad price as their shakes are affordable. Heck you can buy a large drink cup size and split it (cheaper than 2 shakes of same flavor...shhh, don't tell this is a secret... Lol.) If you aren't wanting a lot getting a medium drink cup size you can have 1/2 a shake size & another person gets the usual sized shake... I often hit In N Out if visiting Phoenix from the Tucson area I live in and enjoy a delicious cheeseburger or a double-double Burger and drink or compete meal with fries at the Ray...
Read moreLetâs face it, In-N-Out Burger is not a gourmet burger restaurant. However, they are still an excellent burger joint. They do what they do, and they do it better than most any other burger chains. If youâre not convinced, just look at the lines in the restaurant and the drive-thru. The staff in the restaurant is ALWAYS in motion, hustling and working with a smile on their face. Their order takers actually look you in the face and enunciate when taking your order (vs. looking at their shoes and mumbling, leaving you wondering what the heck they said). Youâll never find an employee standing around with their hands in their pockets. Youâre always greeted with a smile. Every employee attempts to create a positive dining experience.
As far as the menu, their menu is exceedingly brief-burgers and fries, thatâs it, other than a few twists on a theme, like ordering your burger âAnimal Style,â which is off the menu, and I highly recommend. They make their fries fresh from raw potatoes. If you want something other than burgers and fries, youâll have to go somewhere else. However, if you want a good burger and decent fries, from a purveyor who acts like they want you to return and spend your hard earned money, In-N-Out Burger will treat you like they want your business, and they want to see you again. They definitely create a buzz that draws people back to their restaurant. If youâre not convinced, just wait in the drive-through a couple times, or stand and wait in the restaurant for a table after...
Read moreI believe the management here needs to train their employees what the proper temperature is to cook meat. Well done means there is no pink at all. This was the 2nd time I tried to get a burger here because the first one was raw in the middle. After the severe food poisoning from the first time, I gave them one more chance. They again served me undercooked meat. As an executive chef, its nice to take a break and grab something quick, but I won't risk my health for improper cooking temperatures. Well done needs to be cooked to a temperature of 160F. Medium is 140F. The first burger I got was so undercooked it was cooked lower then a temperature of 120F that would be considered rare. Quality should be above quantity no matter how busy you end up getting. People can get seriously sick as I did. Please train your staff before you end up injuring more people. I will not choose this location ever again.
UPDATE: This location and business judged my sister based on how she looked and not by any job experience. in fact, they didn't even ask her about job history. That is horrible for a company not even being EEO, and I will not be supporting a company that does that and my entire family will never eat at...
