Nature's Purpose Meal Prep — Restaurant in Tempe

My previous meal delivery service went out of business so I needed to find a replacement. Nature's Purpose has far exceeded my expectations. The food is excellent and everything doesn't taste the same. I am so glad the potatoes are actually potatoes. I've had enough of mashed cauliflower. The salmon was cooked beautifully - just right, still moist and tender. I am interested in trying some more of my dinners. It is nice to be able to look forward to meal time and recognize the taste of the food. I am looking forward to seeing how it all goes. There was even a wonderful chocolate chunk cookie in my order. It is about a year later now that I have been eating them regularly every day and I really like their food and the nice people that bring it to my house. It is consistently good. My favorite really yummy dinner is Grandma's Roast. I get it every week for my Sunday dinner. Other favorites are the salmon fillets, steak and rancher dinners, and I am so happy that they use real potatoes in different ways and don't push the cauliflower instead. The chicken egg roll is good and I like the chopped cheese sandwich which also has hamburger in it makes up for a good hamburger at home. Everything they make is good and nothing tastes weird or funny like the other food service did. I like good down home food and the options they have for food of other cultures in the menu. The food quality is great. Unfortunately the quality of keeping food refrigerated correctly during transport is an issue I am seeing consistently. I keep the ice packs and return them in the same bag they deliver the meals in so they can repurpose them. My last meal prep delivery was today. Had 7 total medium containers. No ice packs in between them and the ice packs around the containers were the small ones which felt half melted....

To answer your question first, I work from home now and my workspace has windows facing my front courtyard access to front door, I give enough time - until the gate to courtyard closes then I retrieve/transfer meals to fridge before heading back to work.

The importance of temperature control is obviously to keep food out of temperature danger zones and to properly cook meats to the proper temp as well. This avoids sickness to consumer obviously.

If the food defrosts then my fridge cools it too fast the sides like macaroni and mashed potatoes turn solid frozen pretty much from the condensation developed from the defrosting of items.

Besides the temperature control situation this meal prep service has multiple options that are all tasty and healthy as well. I like the communication of when to get the meals delivered in time frame. Any idea about thanksgiving...
