I love Rilibertos and usually my overall experience is great however today I am disappointed. Any time I go here the ladies are bilingual but today that wasnt the case. That's not a big deal but once we bypassed taking my order when I pull up to drive thru window she couldnt speak because she was eating. Hey everyone has to eat but to eat with the same gloves u use to prepare or restock food is gross. On top of that there was cucumber on the gloves and despite the language barrier to continue to eat at the drive thru window is unprofessional idc if you speak English, Russian or French. Its rude. I have a large food allergy to various of things so when I noticed the cucumber I asked was she making my food, but she didnt understand so i just said I'll wait and I wouldn't give her my card until I saw that the extent of her interaction w/ my food was only to hand me a brown bag. I love you guys I do. I even get my coworkers to eat here with me frequently but today was unpleasant as well as unprofessional. I hope you guys do better & I hope you review your drive through footage from today at the restaurant off southern & 48th street around 4pm. Pls utilize this as a learning and coaching opportunity for the employee....
Read moreTerrible! I thought this place would be better than the Vaqueros next door and I was so wrong. I placed my order through the drive thru for Carne asada fries with adobada meat and no sour cream or guac. Also, chicken nuggets and fries. When I pulled up to the window I had to repeat my order. Then when she brought the food I still had to repeat the order because she kept forgetting. I also asked for my drink about 4 times. Very unorganized. After paying I opened up the fries and saw what looked like red chile instead of adobada. It looked very sloppy but smelled good so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. When I got home I dug into my fries only to find white cream all underneath the slop of red chile. I was pissed! They made the fries sloppy because they wanted to hide the sour cream underneath! The chicken nuggets were terrible! Cold and hard all around. And I know they don't make them from scratch, but come on! My kid is gonna eat that! Anyway terrible first impression and I'm not going back. EVER!!!...
Read moreI tried the beef, fish and chicken tacos and an horchata. I consider myself to be a connoisseur of local Mexican food places. This place by far had the best tacos in each category I have had anywhere in the valley. Actually I'll make that anywhere excluding Mexico but they were so close if not on par. Most places also have a habit of making horchata with too much cinnamon, this is just creamy goodness I can only explain as heaven in my mouth. Because I happen to love a good horchata. We drove pretty far for this place cuz it seem like everybody was closed that day even though you normally have 24-hour Mexican food restaurants all over. It was worth the drive and I will be making it again and again. Don't be afraid to try anything they had their it's all amazing. Their chicken tacos were my absolute favorite of the three tacos I had but the other two were still the best I've had out of those categories as well....
