I usually have a great experience here the staff is super friendly but the past few times I’ve been in my drinks have been messed up by the bald man with the beard, I assume he must be new. I ordered a Frappuccino with almond milk today and him and the other worker both took part in making it. He had poured in the milk and flavoring and as she picked it up to add ice and blend it she asked if it was almond milk and he seemed flustered and paused before he said yes it was almond milk. However it was definitely not almond milk I thought it tasted a little different and I am vegan but also lactose intolerant so I got very sick to my stomach after drinking it. I was very upset that I spent $7 on a drink that made me so sick. This is not the first time he has done that either. I once ordered a latte without whip cream and he put it on top and I corrected him and he then proceeded to scrape off the whip cream before I told him that was unsatisfactory and asked him to remake it. I usually don’t mind if my drink is messed up as long as it is corrected properly but lying about using almond milk instead of whole milk is very insulting to me because I haven’t drank dairy in 6 years. I love Starbucks don’t get me wrong, I was just really let down this time and so was...
Read moreI drink Starbucks almost everyday. I love Starbucks, I love target, so it’s a great combination. Wanna know something crazy though? Destiny, Jennifer, Annalise, and Alyssa, my AMAZING Baristas, turned down the tip I offered. Not because they didn’t want it, but because they were not allowed to accept it. I’m not sure if this is a target policy or a Starbucks policy, but it is customary to TIP your barista for eloquently crafting your drink, which of the two drinks I purchased, both were absolutely perfect! How dare you not allow these hardworking people not accept tips? What kind of service job doesn’t allow their employees to receive tips? When a worker goes above and beyond, they deserve….DESERVE recognition. They did such an amazing job providing such wonderful customer service I was willing to part with my $10 for a $4 drink. When the service is so wonderful that your customer is willing to tip 120%, that says something. Do better Target/Starbucks because your employees, at least these ones, are phenomenal. Thank you for a great experience and I will continue to offer my tip every...
Read moreWas waiting a very long time at the register for someone to take our order, which was fine because they seemed busy making drinks and I wasn’t going to be rude. While I was waiting I took a closer look around the area behind the counter because I was just spacing out on it, and it was really very dirty. I saw bugs flying around and open containers and spills and I was worried a bug might fly in them. I quietly told my husband what I saw and asked if we should just go to another location, and he agreed and we turned to leave, as we thought they were busy and would be a minute anyway so they won’t mind. The thing is, immediately when we turned to leave the girl working said hello and helped the person behind us. It felt like she was waiting for us to leave and didn’t want to help us. Was it the way we were dressed? Did she just not like us? I wasn’t being rude, didn’t say anything, didn’t have a mean look on my face, so I’m genuinely confused. It made me want to cry, but that’s ok because it was really gross back there and it’s probably better for our health to not get anything from...
