I had the worst experience here with refel be careful going here! I got my lips done for the first time about 2 weeks ago from here. When I went in I said I only wanted a half syringe to start with and she said that was a good idea.I noticed the left side was smaller than the right side. I called and ask if I can get it fixed I sent pictures and made an appointment 2 weeks later. I took off work this morning to get my lips fixed. I go in today and the girls at the front always on their phone or talking to each other never welcoming. I sat in the chair thinking she was going to fix my lips and she says she will charge me for a full syringe which is $700 instead of offering to fix just the left side.when she told me on the phone she would just fix my lips and not charge me.My lip on the left side is literally crooked and she didn’t even ask to fix it she straight away went to the full syringe I left the salon with crooked lips still I told her when I was leaving I said that I have been using lip liner to hide it and she says oh lovely I am so sorry I was very upset. I wanted to cry to thinking a an aesthetician would leave her customer with uneven lips. I have seen her twice and she has been late both times. When I left she kept telling me how sorry she was. I got my eyebrows done there multiple times and b12 shots. I will never go back. I am extremely upset I paid a lot of money. And staff did nothing about it. Sad having to found someone to fix this. I just Got Lipo 360 with a upper BBL!! And I absolutely love it already !!! First let me start by saying the environment is so beautiful , welcoming and calming ! You feel like a queen when you are in there . The staff are absolutely amazing and take great care of you . They understood what I was after and what my goals were . DES the consultant was beautiful, fun and comforting she made me feel beautiful with my flaws and all . The receptionist were always so friendly and nice . Kenna was a doll and showed me around the med spa , talk to me about her own experience with the treatment and made me feel so much more confident in my decision. My Dr was Dr. Angie Hammer ! First off she had an emergency the night before and there was a chance of a reschedule, I was completely understanding of this but she personally called me and asked if I wanted to stand by and she could let me know in the am . That morning she was pushing through it !! I said yes of course but understood if we needed to reschedule. She text me early the next morning and said we’re good to go let’s do this ❤️ I have never had a DR So caring and involved! She was very informative and talked me through the entire process . Never did anything with out my consult and I just adore her !! If I could give 10 stars I would + more !! Wow do I love this place! The staff is so friendly and wonderful and beautiful and the services here are simply the best!

I see Abby at least 1x a month for facials. She’s honestly amazing- the best touch, super knowledgeable, and such a comforting presence. I honestly feel like I’m getting to hang out with my friend who also happens to be giving me a facial instead of having just an esthetician work on me. I have eczema, and prone to pigmentation. Abby always takes the time to ensure I won’t have any flare ups or new dark spots! I just adore her. I leave her table glowing so much my husband now calls it “the Abby glow” when I return home!

I’ve also taken my family members to see Sara. My brother is a typical boy with congested skin. She deeply cleansed his skin and extracted all the crud so his skin was immediately smoother and softer looking. Sara is also such a wonderful soul who makes you belly laugh with how funny she is.

Shoutout to front desk and makeup artist extraordinaire, Ashley! She’s so beautiful and sweet and warm, exactly who you want to be greeting you when you walk in. I never walk in and not be complimented on something new she noticed about me. She’s honestly the best hype woman.
