Came in to pick up an order already placed ahead of time, stood at the counter while I watched and listened to the two unprofessional little kids behind the counter talk about another customer in the store who didn't like her shake and asked if it could be remade. They both were trying to whisper, kept looking at the customer who they were talking about and were both laughing, afterward the little boy started organizing spoons behind the counter, doing anything and everything but greeting me as I stood there for several mintes without being acknowledged. Once I finally got the little girls attention, the boy handed me the order and when I asked for both of their names he got an attuitde and somehow had to think of their names with he stated Mitchell and Gianna.

Store owner, if you're going to hire children, especially when they are working with no supervision, PLEASE do a better job at training them on...

My wife wanted to ice cream, so we stopped and got some. Her order was good. My milkshake was so bad and liquidity. All you taste was milk, after oneor two sips, I went back to the counter and asked if he could remake it. He said thats the way they make it. I ask to speak to a manager. It sucks that the manager Stacy won't work with you when a person doesn't have time to go in and customize a cake. She said I had to come in and then pay for the cake I said is it possible to pay for it over the phone because the person I'm surprising is going to be with me so there's no way around that person. I asked her if she can manually input my credit card number and she said no because the system is not working I think it is working however she just didn't want to put in the work what an amazing day of ruining a surprise.
