I ordered a shake from this place and they didn't give me the whipped cream and cherry without a receipt and the manager gave me absolutely horrid customer service. I'm in the library studying and I notice there isn't any whipped cream on the shake. Also, I didn't receive a receipt. I'm like "hm....that's weird. well its too cold for me to go back and I'm busy, but I absolutely fancy mixing in the whipped cream into the shake. I'll just give them a call since I was literally there 5 minutes ago. Maybe I could get it reimbursed or something."
Some guy answers and I tell him the situation and he tells me...there's nothing he can do? ...? What do you mean there's nothing you can do. Your employees failed to give me not only my receipt when I asked for it, but to also provide something I paid money for. Unfortunately, there are some people here that have extremely busy lives so if I'm telling the person at the counter for my receipt and I just got done with an insane executive meeting, I'm trying to not curse the employees out so I left and just went to the library to study. You know, busy things. That people do. Who are in doctoral school do. And who also is an executive.
I'm not saying this to be uppity, but I've worked at fast food places before. So I get it, hence why I didn't get upset or anything. I'm always told to just resolve the issue; I could have provided all my information over the phone and he could have just rung up a half-milkshake with whipped cream for 1. the drive and time of me going there and 2. something someone failed to do 3. the full value of what I'm paying for. If I made a scene then I'm creating a negative experience to people who don't deserve it, so I'm being VERY courteous.
So yes, I'm cold, I'm irritated, I have a ton of stuff to do, and the manager is completely incompetent? Yes, I'm going to complain about the abhorrent customer service because after a horrid day sometimes people just want a peppermint shake with whipped cream and a cherry to distract themselves from the current geo-political crisis.
How much does this shake, let alone a half shake cost to make versus your job? Think of the...
Read moreThe customer service I had at the Chik Fila A Location at 3019 Cove Bend Drive, Tampa FL 33619 was terrible and the only reason why I'm posting this review is because this isn't the first time and Chik Fil A rarely gets bashed, but I'm giving credit where it is due. I purchased some Chik Fil A - an 8 CT meal w/ a medium fry around 6p on 12/29.I was with a coworker from work who just so happened to stop by and we went through the drive-thru. I specifically requested for my food to be FRESH meaning fresh out of the grease. I waited about 10 mins only for my food to just to be warm. Not only was I disalarmed, but I was pissed off being that I requested for my food to be FRESH and my only transportation was my coworker from work. I called today (12/30) around 3:20p and spoke with a yound lady by the name of Cassie who explained the policy (which was communicated so very well). I requested to speak to someone above her being that I could understand after waiting for fresh food why I couldn't just get my meal replaced. I am not a regular customer at the Bearss location and SERIOUSLY if I had the means to drive back up there immediately I would have. Cassie put me on the phone with a supervisor by the name of Andrew Nicholas who was not only condescending but disrespectful. I asked for the contact information in regards to who I could email and call about this matter and Andrew hung up after in my face after I expressed to him that I was frustrated at the situation, not him. His smart-aleck remark in regards to me not keeping my receipt and not coming back yesterday after the incident really tipped me off due to the lack of understanding. He spoke to me as if I was trying to lieing about the matter when really if it was up to me I wouldn't even go to that location BECAUSE of the customer service experiences I've had in the past at this location (hair in food, etc.) After callin back and speaking with Andrew again, I was able to obtain the email and phone Corp...
Read moreI deleted my previous 5 star review just now for this location
Because tonight was the last time we will ever visit this chick fil a location, all because of a manager named Avory and her disrespectful and demeaning attitude and failure to apologize when she was proven wrong.
You see tonight my wife visited this location by way of the drive Thur. She placed our order and proceeded around to the window...where she sat for a very long time waiting for our food.
When part of the order was brought to our car my wife told Avory that she was missing a drink...and that's when Avory messed up. She argued with my wife saying we only ordered 1 drink, doing so in a demeaning way, After going back and forth about this my wife showed avory the order on her phone and what do you know...AVORY was wrong and upon feather inspection it clearly typed on the ticket attached to the bag, yet avory wanted to continue to disrespectful and argue.
When my wife got back to our house. What do you know, we are short a fry, we are given the wrong sauce that we had to pay extra for and not only that, the fries had been cold and soggy. And one of the sandwiches was ice cold.
So my wife called the store and asked for the manager and what do you know. We find out that avory is the manager of this location. So we told her what happened and with an attitude said "what do you want me to do about it"
Well that got under my skin and I will be visiting this location Friday morning to speak with a different manager and speak with the owner because I will not tolerate someone like Avory disrespecting my wife in front of my son who was in the car with her and talk to her the way I heard on the phone.
And a store visit will not be all. Along with this review I will be getting in touch with corporate and filing a complaint against this location and on Avory.
Seems like Avory is more suited to manage a McDonald's and not...
