This is a family owned nail salon and they are definitely very kind and patient people. I have visited this location several times since May of 2021. However, after my last visit on August 19th, 2022 I will not be returning.
I am very aware that traditional nail salons use MMA and are motivated by time and money. With that being said, they are very quick but that doesn’t mean they use quality products. Around December of 2021 I started noticing that my gel nails would discolor after several days and couldn’t understand why. I tried researching online but nothing made sense because I ONLY have this issue when I visit this nail salon. I have another salon that I go to that does great work and while I love nail art I don’t always want to spend 3 hours doing my nails which is why I continued visiting Amerinails.
I did take a long break from getting full sets from this establishment and only visiting them for a regular manicure and gel pedicures. On August 7th I got a gel manicure and pedicure with the same color. I did not get tips for the manicure and Sally did the best shaping my very short nails. About a week later I noticed that my nails began discoloring again. I visited this location on August 19th with the intention of giving them another try and getting the same color again because I absolutely loved it. During this time I also explained to the owners the dilemma I was having with my nails. They basically told me it was my fault and it couldn’t be their products because the same wasn’t happening to my feet. I questioned how that could be true and explained that this does not happen when I visit other nail salons. Ken rudely told me that he wasn’t going to argue with me but was also kind enough to just paint over my nails again and not charge me. The nails started discoloring again the next day and so did my feet.
The location was extremely convenient which is why I kept visiting but it’s not worth it since they’re definitely on the pricier side. Save yourself the headache and don’t waste your time visiting this...
Read moreI've been going there for the past three months and I have nothing but good things to say about this nail salon. They are attentive, are willing to work with my schedule, and when I came back with a problem they handled it professionally and without any fuss at all. Their massage chairs are amazing and they're more than happy to serve you a beverage while they're busy at work to make your nails look like candies. I have a rough job in the auto industry and my nails are subjected to a lot of abuse. Their work lasts for 15+ days and I end up at the salon because my nails have grown too long. Pedicures are great and my feet feel marvelous after a great scrub down. No matter how the salon is running, they don't rush you in, out, and around the place. Calm atmosphere in an easy location. I picked them the first time because they were close to home. I kept going back because they're clean, efficient and they know what they're doing....
Read moreBeen here before to get my pedicures done but my recent visit was just BADDDD! I find it very thoughtful how they use a new pumice rock kit every time they do someone’s feet and they give you the kit at the end. Never before have I had to pay for the kit. I also got a full set done which it’s only been a week and my middle finger nail is lifting and my pinky is cracked ! I am very picky when it comes to my nails & I feel he felt a certain way when I was telling him what I like and what I don’t like that’s why he charged me extra for the pumice rock kit. I even mentioned to him you all never charged me before he was like it’s always been like that and I told him no it hasn’t. If you’re going to change your policy let your customers know. Overall worst experience ever. But they do good pedicures ONLY do not get your...
