Liquor Depot Bearss — Local services in Temple Terrace

I’ve been to all of the liquor depot locations and while they are all a little different, you can tell that it’s a greatly ran local, small business. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the owner is a top notch guy. He truly runs an outstanding business and gives so much to the community on a regular basis. When special releases drop, he also releases allocated items the same morning as an appreciation for the customers, and the appreciation is shown back from the customers. People line up hours in advance to get the special releases and other items and show their support. The items in this store are also incredibly priced. So many times I’ve seen bottles marked up in the hundreds of dollars, but that’s not the case here. They price fair and always are at the MSRP.. It truly is a pleasure waking in every time and I rarely leave empty handed as great bottles are readily available on the shelf. BEWARE OF PRODUCTS! Recently purchased bottles that have almost certainly been tampered with!!

My UNOPENED bottle of Tito’s started leaking when placed on its side! When I investigated the lid I was able to slip the whole cap off of the bottle without breaking the seal. The lid being used is also a different style than what tito’s bottles normally have! (I am a bartender and open multiple bottles of tito’s a night!)

The tequila we purchased smells and tasted diluted with water and after realizing the lid on the tito’s bottle we will not be trying anything else we purchased here.

The young lady working the register seemed to be on drugs, could barely move as if someone pressed the pause button on her. Needed assistance from the other woman to complete a simple purchase.

Normally I couldn’t care less if someone is on drugs or not but given the product tampering I find...

This is the ONLY place we go. The employees are awesome! They're very helpful & very courteous. If you don't know where something is,they'll gladly get it for you. The store is always immaculate! Everyone in there are very happy to see you. You are greeted upon walking in store. There's 4-5 people that work here that just absolutely makes your day better just from talking with them. They're sure to make you laugh. Especially the manager! She's the sweetest most favorite of ours & more than likely everyone elses favorite as well!! She's a very hard worker! She knows her stuff! If I'm having a bad day she cheers me right up. If anyone hasn't been here, go hete & you'll KNOW what I mean.
