HTeaO - Temple (35 & Airport) — Restaurant in Temple

Update…I went up and spoke with the team and they made it right for us. I understand they are new and need time to adjust.

Let me start by saying my wife loves HTeaO…but the new Temple location has some serious kinks to work out.

I think their drive thru speakers need some major work. Out of the 3 orders I have placed at the drive thru for my wife, all 3 have been wrong. I have to keep repeating and correcting the order because they can’t seem to hear me correctly. My order today I had to repeat when I got up to the window. I had to make them remake it 3 times as each gallon they handed me was wrong. Finally, they handed me two gallons and told me the correct teas. But when I got home, they were still wrong again!

We recently visited the new HTeaO in Temple Texas. We pulled into the parking lot and there was no line but needed to park and get our thoughts together and our money out before we got in line. By the time we pulled back around the building there were cars wrapped around the building out of no where. It was crazy. Before you knew it the line was quickly moving. We got to the drive up sign, placed our order, pulled up and meet “Delia” who was the highlight of our visit. She explained to us that she did get our order correct that we came during happy hour and we were getting their BOGO special. We were thrilled to be there during that time and get that deal. This was my first visit to any HTeaO. The staff was friendly and patient will all my questions, and very helpful. You can sample ALL the teas, mix flavors, and they have suggestions if you don’t know what would taste good. Georgia Peach was like biting into one; Blueberry was so refreshing; chai tea was delicious (I got a large)! Their Prickly Pear Fizzy drink is yummy, and so is the Horchata Iced Coffee.
