Bird Creek Crossing — Local services in Temple

I love Best Buy when say this , I went during the day Dec.1 about 1:30 not enough staff and I had to look for someone and the 3 staff members every one of them just pointed to the area of the direction where I could find the item I need , now I went and looked and every area they pointed, now I called before I went and the staff told me they had my Item in stock when I got there the size I ask for was not in stock , the staff members need to be more informed about the products they carry and I'm all about customer service, one person I would not be giving this review but all 3 unacceptable from one store they need to work on their customer service ma'am I'll be right with you I'll take you to the item I'll get somebody to help you there's only one left on the shelf by time you get here it may not be here would you like me to hold it for you we can only hold it for 30 minutes an hour something, the man or the manager needs to address this situation Christmas is coming if they address this situation they will have better sales,or maybe Best Buy doesn't care for their customers or the manager of this store doesn't know how to monitor their staff. Being thoughtful and kind words go a long way when running a business. Maybe Corporate doesn't know in the end the manager is responsible for everything that goes on...

I like Home depot, Michael's, Battery plus, and sometimes Specs, but I really really don't appreciate the filth that collects on the side of Specs. I don't know if they finally hired someone to pick up that trash regularly not just supposedly once every evening. Seems like they only really clean it up when they have to mow. I dunno how it gets to the side, other than they say it's the wind and customers, but I also feel like it's also the stores because they do leave their garbage bins in the back wide open some days, even though the district manager of Specs swears they don't. I just see employees smoking on break in the back not closing the receptacle.

I also don't like the rodents I've seen in the parking lot. Creeps me out because they're vermon and carry so many diseases. I once saw a bloated dead rat outside just basking in the sun by the carts, and another day I saw a small rat maybe even large mouse scurrying across the front of Home Depot, eventually running right underneath my car, I didn't even bother to get out of the car. I left. That was disgusting.

I feel property management could be a whole lot better. Other than that, I do like shopping there, I just don't like the debris, trash, and rodents. Sometimes it looks like Mardi Gras just...

Enjoyed the different types of stores in this shopping area. Target, Best Buy, Home Depot are just a few of the stores that I have been to. The only problem that I had, since I am fairly new to the area was picking the time of day to go there due to heavy traffic around I-35. Only (1) one entry if you are coming from the Update, 8 July, '22. Had opportunity to go to Best Buy. All staff very friendly and helpful. In and out with what I needed.update: 5 May, 2023. Things are going strong in this shopping area. Target is the main store but plenty of nice restaurants are here also for you to choose from. Update: 5 Oct, 2023. Very busy shopping area with multiple know stores I.E. Target, Home Depot,Best Buy and more. I recommend this shopping center. 👍👍 Update: 5 May, 2024. Looking very well. Lots of people patronizing here. Had the opportunity to go to Target this day. Got all that I needed. Still a 5⭐'s rating. Update: 6 December, 2024. Busy , busy shopping center. Christmas shopping at its best. Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, etc. Plus restaurants like B J's and more. 5 ⭐'s rating for here. Enjoy. Update: 21 Feb, 2025. Always a busy area.
