Husband and I stop at this Starbucks weekly while we do shopping at target. We have a good experience unless the blonde lady who wears a pony tail is working, she always has a rude know-it-all attitude. I ordered a caramel macchiato but asked if they were able to pre shake it for me, she corrected me and said âwell that is not a macchiato thenâ whether correct or not I did not appreciate it. Today we paid for 2 venti drinks,we received mediums or âgrande.â We asked if that is what we paid for and she got an attitude with us, she offered to remake the drinks but after seeing her attitude and the line was already long we decided to leave.    Read moreI usually have a great experience at this place but my recent trip got me infuriated and it is why I'm giving one star. I'm pretty sure this girl is new because it was my first time seeing her at this location and she basically ripped me off. I ordered a strawberry refresher with NO ICE and she gives me a half cup of refresher in a venti cup. I have never experienced this before at any other starbucks. I told her why am I only getting half and she said because I do not want ice. So I'm paying for a venti cup just to get half? Makes no sense to me. I might as well get a tall with no ice but she would probably give me half of that cup too.    Read moreThe staff often pull out their phones in the middle of making drinks. The staff struggles to pay attention to orders in entering and making them. This young staff is clearly distracted by all the technology in our lives. Recent drinks were missing pumps of vanilla for a decaf vanilla latte for example. The coffee is often cold/lukewarm, requiring to put the coffee in the microwave. The times I have been inside, the staff talk about whatever unprofessional things, and as Iâm literally waiting for remade drinks, they are being passive-aggressive about how Iâm somehow wrong for expecting things to be done right.
