No matter how busy this place is I always have had good service. With the ordering system that is here gets a quicker response for me. The food is brought to me at a quick response. No matter if the drive thru is busy and the place is full . I get great service each and every time. Update: 4 July, '22. Went thru the drive thru. Inside was closed.not enough employees available to work.🤔. Drive thru was very speedy and staff very friendly. This is a very good McDonald's. Update: Feb 04, 2024. Stopped for a quick meal, plus to see how good the service was for inside eating. 👍👍 Is my response. Area was clean. Major problems with the seats when sitting down to eat--- torns seats👎👎. Needs to be repaired. Otherwise a much needed improvement has been made. Thanks McDonald's 👌. Update: 24 September, 2024. Still excellent service, food fresh and deliciously hot. Only problem that I've seen was the torn or ripped seat by window. Has been that way for months. Update: 27 November, 2024. Food good, service a little slow but acceptable. Read moreI'm really only giving it two stars instead of one because I'm a reasonable person who doesn't just go to the extreme over anything that is actually reparable. I will say this though. If you want a milkshake or any other type of ice cream at a normal time of day, then choose another location. They seem to never have it, and even if you've already paid for it through the app, they seem content with having you drive off with half the items and a full payment. This should be something that is addressed by a manager or someone with more authority. At least let your employees know what kind of privileges they have in those types of situations. It would reduce headaches. It's one thing to not have something. It's another thing to have paid for it and be expected to just leave without it. I've worked in fast food, customer service, and sales. I know how this goes. Employees are under a lot of stress right now. But things like this are avoidable and have to be addressed. Tell me the machine is down. Tell me it's being cleaned. Offer a solution. It's as easy as pie. Read moreI stopped and in the evening. I was traveling from Temple Texas back to Austin. I was getting tired I just wanted an oatmeal for some energy and coffee. When I went to the speaker to place my order, the order taker was very rude and unprofessional.
I asked for oatmeal they said they don't serve breakfast in the evening.(McDonald's where I live oatmeal is all day everyday because you're not cooking it you're just adding hot water.) I tried to ask for my coffee and the the order-taker was asking me 'what else do you want.'
After waiting in line for about 10 minutes even get to place my order I was just completely annoyed at that point and left. I have food restrictions there for McDonald's has only about five menu items that I can have.
I called in to talk to a manager to let them know that a lot of people are waiting in line and it's taking about 10 minutes to get to the speaker to place an order and it was very heartbreaking to be approached so rudely. The manager was explaining she just got on shift. She apologized and that she will look into it.
