Taco Bell — Restaurant in Temple

For the first time in my 62 years of life I have a complaint against taco Bell. I just purchased a 12 pack of tacos and got home to find out there is very little ingredients in them 😧. The other times I bought tacos at least a little ingredients fell out and was left over while I was eating them. The ones I bought today were flat with no meat with very little lettuce and cheese .These tacos are flat like NACHOS 😧. Does your company no longer use taco shells that have a "U" shape bottom?Are they now Flat "V" shaped that need to be prayed open to get very little ingredients in them? Did someone forget to order the meat? Was the meat shipment running late?? It's like they smeared a little hamburger meat on one side of the taco shell as they pried open the closed shell and had to be careful not to break the shell. Then pry it open again enough to sprinkle a tiny bit of lettuce and cheese in them. Once the taco is all together they are no thicker than a flour tortilla 🤨. Your taco shell doesn't even have a flat bottom anymore to hold meat. They are folded in half and then fried 🤨. I took the taco sauce and ate the ones I did like a NACHO because I live out in the country 15 miles out of the city limits. Please let me know if this is your new standard taco. Hi we had a large order, food was good, staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be in the future, do not to pack the the quesadillas like you do at the very bottom of the bag underneath the rest of the food. "we ordered three" packaging for this particular item receives a little bit to be desired, you would be better wrapping it in a piece of foil and wrapping it up to accommodate the shape of the quesadilla. If you leave the paper and the plastic on top which "traps moisture", is stack all three of these on top of each other plus all the rest of our food on top of that and I have a our Max or something like that and that was on top of all of it as well and the quesadillas was barely recognizable as quesadilla. Just trying to let you know maybe something you guys could do different in the packaging of your food when it comes to the quesadilla and the placement in the bag or maybe the packaging altogether I do want to say the rest of the food with exception of the quesadillas that were kind of smashed beyond recognition and everything else was wonderful and I'm sure those would have been too if they were not at the bottom of the bag . However I will continue to come back because I do love me...

I’ve had a really long day traveling and finally got back home when I chose to stop at taco bell before heading back to my apartment. I knew Taco Bell was closing soon and all I wanted was a drink (fiesta mango brisk which nobody else has) because it’s extremely hot tonight so I went ahead and made a u turn back up there just for them to tell me “were closed.” I said y’all don’t close until 2 and he said “yeah well…. We closed early.”

In what universe does any restaurant “close early” but still have a head set on? I’ve worked in fast food long enough to know they did there outs early bc they wanted to leave early which is understandable but to deny service bc you don’t want to mess up the kitchen so you can go home early is insane.

I’ve worked at restaurants that made us service guests up until close on the dot and even 15 minutes after close so trust me I get it. But if he had let me order instead of assuming!! I’d have what I want… a cold drink…. And he’d still be able to leave on time. 🙄

The service here in general is poor and I’m honestly at a point where I feel like the food isn’t worth being around people who obviously dread being at...
