To All The Parents In Pizza Nova Located @ Tenafly NJ We Need To Be On Point When Sending The Kids To Eat With Out And Adult Employers And A Blond Female I Catch Them Speaking Nasty And treating The Student Bad When Parents Are Not With Them I Give a 0.000 For The Services And The Behave That They Give To The Customer They Have Preference To The Customer and Students. The Employer’s Are Very Nasty , Is A Blond Female Around The 34 -40 Working Here She Was Scream with no reason like crazy Saying She is the owner of this location and everyone need to do what she say and she was speaking bad and students was present at the moments she Is very nasty n don’t respect the customer speaking bad in from of the students is Very Rude And Nasty Not Organized At All ay the the of Placing A Order Buy Phone Always they Put You On Hold When they Take The Order and they go over it you need to repeated more then 3 times , it happen to me when i when to pick my order it was wrong I Don’t Recommend This Place at all I give a 0.00 NOT A Good and safe place for student eat with out a adult is not the same...

1. Margherita Pizza = ok. sitting on the shelf too long but not bad for a slice of pizza. 3/5
2. BBQ Chicken Pizza = ok. once again, sitting on the shelf too long but not bad for a slice of pizza. 3/5
3. Bottle Drinks = Barely cold. Don't go here for a cold drink. I asked for a side cup of ice but they said they didn’t have an ice machine. 1/5

Ranking vs other pizza stores:

1. Food = In general, pizza was ok. I would stop by again if I was craving a slice but there are better pizza places around (Franco's in Fort Lee, Cousins in Norwood). 3/5
2. Service = Their trying but I had to ask for napkins. 2/5
3. Atmosphere = I get it that small businesses are struggling and trying to save here and there but... just one garlic powder for the entire store? one hot sauce? one black pepper? napkins behind the counter? maybe too much penny wise and pound foolish.

Would I go back? Only if i was hungry and dying for a slice otherwise there are...

Excellent pizza! Especially love the Margarita! The sauce is so flavorful and I especially love the quality of their fresh mozz... it doesn’t get all rubbery tasting as it cools . The crust is absolutely delicious . I , also, appreciate the generosity of their toppings . I ordered an eggplant pizza with dollops of ricotta and it was outstanding . There were small slabs of freshly, fried eggplant .... not little slivers that you get at some other places and and the amount ricotta was well placed. I’m a new customer but I am looking forward to trying many more options on the menu. It’s just hard not to keep ordering the same things that you love!

As much as I love the pizza , I need to take away the 5th star I previously posted. As a business , I can’t wrap my head around the logic that the “delivery fee” goes to the owner and not to the delivery person who uses their own car ! I’m not so sure that most people realize this and times are tough enough without these drivers getting...
