I went there this morning to get breakfast for my son and I. I used to go there a lot and use the app. I went through the drive thru and gave my order. The lady took and order and then I told her I had a code. She took the code and told me that was for a happy meal. I told her that it was not for happy meal it was a bogo deal. She told me she could see it and I was wrong. I told her I would show her. She said no. She didn't need to see it. I told her that I wanted the manager. She said she was the manager. I just drove off and went elsewhere. Worst experience I've ever has at a fast food place. She didn't speak good English and was so rude. She should go to customer service school. Read moreNever been so stunned before and I work in food service. We pulled up to the speaker and the employee said they only had nuggets, nothing else on the menu was available. We came here for my mother to possibly get a quick fish sandwich. She sighed and just said, "I guess just a 10 piece nugget then." The guy comes back and asks, "anything else?" And my mom only said, "if you don't have anything else, how can I get anything else?" Which, may have been a bit sarcastic but it didn't deserve the, "you know what, have a nice day," that she received from the McDonald's employee. I work in a restaurant and have never denied someone service because of a stressful day or sarcasm. I have sat at the drive-through multiple times in the morning over the last several weeks without ever having my order taken. I have watched literally dozens of cars drive off in frustration. I have wasted the opportunity to use mine McDonald’s mobile number by pulling it up on the app to be ready and then having no one take my order, the app won’t allow me to use the number at the next closest McDonald’s and won’t allow me to obtain a new number.
This location is completely frustrating. Occasionally management will work the windows, and that is the only time that I have found orders to be taken and with any efficiency. I honestly can’t believe they’re still in business. Moving forward I won’t waste my time and will just drive by them to the next...
