Updating because I still go to Oscar's at least once a week and I'm happy to report they have figured out their service at this location. Everyone is lovely, the employees are always friendly and helpful, and when they have a lull in the line they are out in the seating area making sure it's clean. Whatever growing pains they were struggling with when they first opened seem to have been sorted out.

Original review (3 stars): Look, I LOVE Oscars. I go there once a week at least. I have been searching for a burrito similar to what I would get on the west coast. And Oscars knocks it out of the park, and their hot sauce is amazing. I'm giving this particular store 3 stars because probably 20% of the time I get home, excited to eat my burrito and it's WRONG. Some days I pay for extra ingredients to be added and they're just simply...not in the burrito, which is annoying and has happened a few times. Then one time I ordered a vegetarian burrito...and when I got home it was full of ground beef. Today I ordered my usual and when I arrived home it was full of sour cream, lettuce, and pico (none of which should be in my order). I don't know what's going on in the back. This is the perfect place for a very casual dining experience. It's a good atmosphere for families or a simple low-key date night. Just to grab something quick before you go to a movie or before you do something else. I recommend it for families. The food is always delicious. The service is good. They just bring it out to you. They have a few beers on tap and a little high top bar stool area which is cool in the back and the restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms I have eaten at several different Oscars locations over the years and I'm starting to feel like that. They've become very proud of their food because their prices have gotten out of control to me. I still like going there but for the type of restaurant it is in a type of food. It is quick serve, quick cook. The prices are getting towards full service restaurant prices and I would just rather go to a full service restaurant for bed experience if I'm going to have to pay that much.
