POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!! I have worked at this Rallys for about 2-3 months now. And I, happily, just quit yesterday. Before I got hired, one of the first things I was asked was my availability (which was 9am-5pm). My manager told me to make sure that I came prepared to work, and I'm a hard worker, so thats what I always do. When I first began working here I was getting the hours I had asked for. But, after a few weeks my hours dropped down to 6 a week, then 11 hours per week. I talked to Mike, the then store manager, and Malcolm, the District manager.... but nothing got done. I also talked to Mike on a different occasion about my hours and he said he'd fix the schedule. I wasn't even on the schedule he fixed! Most of the people in management here are very disorganized and you rarely get what you need until you pester them to the point of getting annoyed. I do not feel like I should have to beg for the hours I was hired to work. Another thing a lot of people in management need to work on is communication skills. Bobbie, the new store manager (I guess because we never know who is actually in charge of the store) is a horrible communicator! Example (Bobbie told my coworker, AJ, to go in break and for me to take over her register. I would have taken over her register... but we got busy and she never left to go on break. All of a sudden, Bobbie said to me that if AJ collected another customers money, he would write both of us up. I was confused because all he had to do was tell AJ to go on break.. but instead he chose to cause a scene and be rude while I was asking her questions so we could get back to work.) There are definitely some nice workers/managers here (Ronald, Tina, Antonio, Wimberly, AJ, Clara and a few more.) But it seems like, in my opinion, Bobbie (definitely) and Mike (not so sure) are working here for a power struggle, who can gain the most control of the store.. instead of the actual betterment of the store. I respect workers who fulfill their job, encourage others to fulfill theirs, and remain respectful. Bobbie rarely does these things. He talks too much and doesn't work enough. The ironic thing was that after I finally quit this bs job, Bobbie tried to change my mind about leaving by saying that they had been discussing giving everyone more hours! It's too late now! If you cant tell by now, I do not think that this job is worth the stress that will come with it. There are plenty of other places that will pay a decent amount, with a less stressful...

Read moreService is bad on the west side Rally's in Terre Haute (at least around 9pm)....I usually get a large fry and sometimes mozzarella sticks before work....there is usually a wait of 3-4 minutes if at all to order even when nobody else is in line....longer if even one car is ahead of you....I stopped tonight and got a large fry & mozz. sticks and when I pulled up to the window....the young man that took my money was very polite and courteous but the guy getting my order said "that car f-ing waited that f-ing long for a large f-ing fry" to which the polite young man looked shocked and closed the window and stood there till my order was finally done....this wasn't the first bad experience I've had there but the worst....even though I love Rally's fries, I wont be back till they clean the place up and I cannot recommend this...
