All I wanted was a cup of coffee. When I asked for a specific type the young boy at the counter (Michael) said "No, I'm not going to open a bad of coffee for one customer" I said "They have done it before" and he said "Well ... if that's true then they are wrong". He then turned his back on me while I was standing at the counter to continue his conversation with another employee. I asked to speak to the manager and Michael identified himself as the manager, this would explain the poor service that I have received at this location more than once. I then asked for the district manager's name and phone number. With a huff Michael looks over his shoulder and asked the two other employees (not) working "does anyone know the district manager's name?" Apparently opening a bag of coffee isn't the only thing he doesn't know ... He doesn't even know his boss's name. I always believe in giving a store a second chance but this in the third or forth chance it is just that my route takes me right by this location and it is on the right side of the road for me. We went to another store and still didn't have any so we got large/grande cup and wasn't satisfied with the size. So we called the store closest to my sisters apartment. Covid restrictions do not apply - when I walked in, there were maybe 4 people ahead of me; I left without drinks because there were 40 people piled up with me after 40 minutes of waiting for a cappuccino. Insane! Staff told me to keep waiting - one new person was trying to learn to make drinks for all of us in the store, while the rest of the staff was turning out drinks for the drive-thru.
