Wendy's — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Wendy's Between 3pm and 3:30pm that day I went to your restaurant with my daughter. After waiting a while I had to call for someone to take my order.. an individual came and laughed.. some time later he comes back with 2 other people and a woman comes forward I was going to pass my order but these 3 individuals started laughing at me.. what a lack of education and what disrespect! Unheard of! I said I was going to talk to their boss and she yelled in the restaurant I DONT CARE.. so I left the place without even ordering I was with my 5 year old daughter and she never witnessed only one litigation in his life! wow But where are you going to recruit this kind of rude character???? I would like to point out that I come regularly and that this is the first time that I have seen these individuals and that I have never been treated like this! Maybe they weren't in their NORMAL state? I see that there are other people who are complaining about your establishment, it might be time to react ???? especially since the places are not cleaned..very dirty place . your employees are vulgar and not clean. require a minimum please out of respect...

This is my first negative rating for Wendy’s. Thursday night (05.16.2024 est 9:30 pm) we had a group of 12 grabbing a meal right before heading back to Indianapolis. We were paying on one bill. They only had one potato left so one of us had to change our order. They didn’t give out cups till the whole order was placed so right off the bat we’re in a line of a dozen people waiting to fill our drinks. Normally Wendy’s would put each order on its own tray but instead they put sandwiches together on trays and sides on other trays. As a result we were missing two sandwiches. We go the counter and provided the receipt and the register operator (who has to be off by 10:00 pm so she won’t hit overtime) went to the drive through area and shared the issue with the staff when one “lady” was easily heard “I made that mother F—-ing double” We continued to wait at the counter when another employee comes up and gave us two wrapped sandwiches but did not know which one was which. By this time we got to enjoy our sloppy sandwiches with the now cold fries at our table while the rest of our group...

Worst experience today! I typically do not have a problem with wendys or this location but the so called manager and the 2 other employees working today failed to give me my debit card back and when I went back to get it less than 5 minutes later the girl on the phone says they do not have my card. I asked to speak with the manager and this girl rudely asked me "why". They closed 25 minutes early than supposed to. I had to call the police so they could run back camera footage and coincidentally they gave my card to someone else in the drive thru that they personally knew. I had to follow the police officer 10 minutes to this person's job to get my card back. These 3 girls do not deserve to work in customer service. If she would have been more concerned and tried to help me fix their mistake then the police didn't have to be called. I believe they were trying to get away with...
