We drive all the way from Dequeen Arkansas just for papa Murphy’s and normally it is wonderful great pizza but this time the pizza was absolutely terrible when we baked it the crust didn’t rise on the original crust and the toppings were a lot less then normal and was not worth the money I don’t know who is in charge of ordering the ingredients but they made a huge mistake the Canadian bacon on our pizza turned super hard and like jerky before the pizza was even done the 2 young men that made our pizzas were absolutely wonderful great attitudes and positive energy I couldn't of asked for better service but the change in the pizza has made us decide not to return to papa Murphy’s and it’s upsetting cause we...

Since the new owner operator has taken over, quality and service have gone down hill. I ordered a pizza and salad online. Only 1 person working, she seemed annoyed she had to get the pizza out of cooler. I asked for my salad, sho pointed at the cooler by the cash register. No salad in there. She grabbed one from the cooler behind the counter. "You want dressing, croutons and fork?" Well yeah, I paid for it. More attitude! I got home the salad was a old and wilted, the tomatoes tasted like they had been cut.for days and cheese on the salad was like goo from being wet for so long. This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. Managers are rude, quality of the product isn't to standard. Employees don't wear gloves and cross contamination between jobs. Employees don't wear hear nets nor do they wear company uniforms. If wearing pajamas and slippers to work and look like you just crawled out of bed is the new look; you just lost my business for good!!!!!
