Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Texarkana

I will never be a customer at scooters, nor will I ever support or send people to scooters. One day, I thought I would ty scooters, as I have live in Texarkana but haven’t had the time. The day that I went, the girl at the window had a horrible, nasty attitude, and was on a phone call while I was at the window and it was very rude and unprofessional. She seemed to not want to be there and just left me sitting there with the window open while on the phone. I got my drink and was very unsatisfied. It seemed like the person who made it didn’t care about their job. They also said they were out of whipped cream which they had been out of for several days. I started to say something to the girl in the window and she rolled her eyes and sighed like I was interrupting her phone call. I told her my drink was not very good and asked if it could be remade and she said no and then closed the window in my face. I’ve also heard that this establishment doesn’t treat their customers or employees good at all and is shady with certain things. I am a 30 yr old women and I’m very busy. All I wanted was good coffee and customer service and got neither. Scooters was our only coffee place in town we liked until now. They messed up 2 drinks yesterday, went back got money back, they gave use a half off drink coupon and b1g1. We used the half off coupon and the lady only gave a dollar off so went back through drive through and she said I gave her a $1 off coupon I said no it was half off. With my wife right next to me says it was half off. The lady said no they don’t have those. We left but will not be back.
