Giving an extra star for in-stock allocated bottles.. We were in yesterday and spent $500, including 2 bottles of Blantons and 1 bottle of Elmer T Lee. We came in today and, in addition to the rest of our purchase, attempted to buy 2 bottles of the Blantons and ETL (similar to our purchase yesterday) . The sales rep initially came back and said “I only have 1 bottle of each.” When we asked if we could buy the ones she had + the ones in the cabinet, a male manager came out and proceeded to tell us that we actually couldn’t even buy 1 of both bottles, stating “I’m only going to let you have 1.” We then stated that we would each buy 1 of the bottles and he continued to argue before we fully explained that we would check out separately and each purchase one of the bottle; .. it is of note that we put everything back except those, checked out and left (because why would we spend money somewhere that’s rude and doesn’t want it?). I don’t have an issue with limiting the purchase of allocated bottles (although yesterday the manager working told us there was a limit of 2 of each bottle, aligned with our previous purchase). I recently went to the party factory looking for a product that I haven't seen in years and have looked everywhere for it, a new castle mini keg. I inquired about it and they wrote my name and number down and told me they would call their distributer about it and call me back with answers. To be completely honest I did not think much about it, thinking to myself they have hundreds if customers that ask these questions I'm sure I'll hear back in a few weeks or probably never. The very NEXT day I got a call from a very nice man, the manager or owner I assume, who told me they unfortunately do not make the new castle mini kegs anymore and was sorry about it. It's a good store with good services! But they can be better on the liquor prices or give discounts on every 3 liquor purchases. They also should promote brands of liquors on certain major HOLIDAYS(4TH JULY, HALLOWEEN,Christmas ect...) and on fridays by letting customer taste. They need to do research and take a similar IDEAS like liquor depot in Arlington tx( everytime i go they are always pack evenings and holiday seasons bc of their discounts and promotions) i guarranty they would have way more customers and awesome reviews, just...
