Wendy's — Restaurant in Texas City

This place really needs to get new staff from the managers on down! My husband and I had order 2. And a larger fry. As soon as we get home to eat we noticed that the burger was cold, like it had been sitting out. The fries were okay not hot and fresh. So we took the order back up there. We were the only car there so we’re in the drive thru. Trying to tell the lady our order was wrong. Get to the window and this manager has the worst service ever. She was trying to argue with us about what we ordered. Getting smart etc. So we got our money back and left. You guys will NEVER get any of my money EVER AGAIN. And the black wanna be man looking woman manager PLEASE FIRE HER! She doesn’t deserve to be in customer service with that attitude. Close this down and start over...

Drive thru only picks up on smaller to medium vehicles IF you're at a certain angle, so if you're in a truck and just don't pull into the driveway perfectly to Wendy's design you'll wait for a lifetime. I made the choice to go inside after waiting 7 minutes in the drive thru, all to have my order taken incorrectly. I ordered a Son of a Baconator and received a TRIPLE BACONATOR! Really? The young lady who took the order was not helpful nor did she care to understand theistake she made, if she was unclear of the order it costs nothing to ask for someone to repeat, plus I waited to make my payment via credit card because she decided to fix my drink before hitting the button for me to pay, "oh my...

2 week ago we went there like all ways this was arround 6 we order the same all the time but this time it was a disaster the meat on the hamburger was cold The fries was cold The coffee was cold and on top of that I told the lady about the coffee that it was cold I ask he if she can make some fresh coffee because the one she gave me it was cold Yes she did make fresh coffee but it was cold my guess that may be the machine it was of or broke or may be she did not care if it was hot or not I ask one of the guys if they can give me hot fries he gave me some fresh ones that's what I thought the fries was cold as hell I was berry disappeared...
