Dunkin' — Restaurant in Texas Township

Ordered a pumpkin spice ice coffee and a medium hot coffee with just milk. Waited for 25 minutes. Girl who took order was eating a donut with her mouth open, while chewing making my ice coffee. No lid on my drink while she was "OPEN" mouth chewing over my drink. "DISCUSTING!!" Never going there again!! 1st time i stopped there in 5 year's and the last time!! We got our order before the 5 people that were in front of me which is also wrong!! This was at 3:00 pm on a Sunday after shopping at Walmart. I usually have quite a pleasant visit when I have stopped here ,but not this time. I understand being short staffed but there was 6 maybe 7 people working!! Parking sucks also. You have to park inside of the drive through area. If there is parking available away from the building I would say park away from the drive thru or if drive through is busy you can't get out of your...

When I review a business it’s a serious matter to me as I’m a business owner myself so everything I write is factual. This franchise is descent in the morning but forget the drive thru after 2pm they seem to put the B team in and as a result long waiting times, poor service, missing items etc! Now today and this is the 3rd time this has happened this Dunkin’ closed 4 hrs early but accepted and withdrew the money out of my account for an order only to arrive and they are closed! I’m not the only one in the parking lot upset for the same reason. This is poor customer service and BAD BUSINESS! Stop stealing money you haven’t earned and notify your website to warn people that you are closed. Not once,not twice but the third time and tomorrow you’ll say we should fix that well that’s the answer I was given 2 weeks ago when the exact thing happened!! Bad Bad Business!...

Seems like Dunkin' doesn't seem to care about their customers- sandwiches are flavorless other than salt-and generally cool to warm. Coffee is almost always lukewarm and they really almost always mess up your coffee order no matter how specific you are in attempting to get the coffee you want. And I order just hot coffee with cream and sugar -but they always put in too much sugar no matter what you tell them. If you ask for packets instead it seems to get the cashier upset for some reason. Doughnuts are an embarrassment to the name doughnut as they are flavorkess, dry and generally not worth the price. But Dunkin' realizes they are the only game in town in many places so they don't seem to care. You either get coffee there or at a gas station.
