If I could give it a 0, I would. My daughter and I both placed an order. Her's was over $30 and mine was $12 something. We ordered on the app, but first we looked for another location because we always go to the one on Hwy 6 and FM 529. That one said , it was closed and so we looked for another and it showed this one was open, so we placed our order to be picked up at the drive thru. This location is really out of the way for us/her. Well, when she gets there the restaurant is closed. It was before 10 and online stated it closed at 11pm. My daughter calls me and tells me it is closed!! I called the number that it shows online and was never able to speak to anyone, the recording kept telling me to tell her my problem and would not let me speak to anyone. She stated employees there do not take orders over the phone! I was not trying to place an order!! She kept trying to get me to place an order!! Even she didn't say it was closed. Why my daughter was sitting there waiting, she stated there were a lot of people going through the drive thru, so I am sure you have a lot of frustrated hungry customers. I called the customer service number online and they said, they were going to credit our credit cards. In the meantime, we are left hungry and our money is on hold for a few days until it drops off our credit cards. I stated if she could get some kind of compensation for having to drive all the way out there only to find it was closed and left hungry!! She said, I can add a free guac to her account and I was like, really, a free guac for her troubles! Driving out there, being closed, leaving hungry and putting a hold on her account for $30 something dollars and she said, that's all I can do. I asked to speak to a Manager and again she stated, that's all she could do!! I kept insisting on speaking to a Manager and she put me on hold without even asking if she could put me on hold and made me wait at least 5 minutes and said, she was going to add a free entrée to her account! Well, no free entrée ever showed up on her account!! This is really unacceptable! In all honesty, I have never had a problem with my regular Chipotle we usually go to and I have worked in Customer Service for many, many years and this is not the way you treat your customers!! They should have not advertised they were open when they were not or order should have never been processed if they...
Read moreUpdate 3: Been several more times. I'd say every single visit they're out of something, always before 9pm, this time at 7:30pm, no steak and no cheese. Steak being cooked, okay, but "morning didn't prep enough" cheese. I say okay I'll order if you give me the queso dip but I'm not paying extra, they say no they have to charge it. Okay, fine. Your rating will stay at 1 star and I'll always advise people avoid this location. Been making it at home lately, and the only reason I even try coming here is because it's right by where I live, but even that is quickly becoming less of a consideration as I begin going to locations much farther to avoid this nonsense.
Update 2: I've been 2 more times since the last update, and they have more or less been steady with ingredient availability. They lacked chips and vinaigrette last time but that's at least tolerable for me as I don't need either. Raised star one more time, but atmosphere is lacking since I'm usually there late and it can be quite messy and they had no accessible napkins last time I was there.
Update 1: Because this location is 2 minutes from my house, I will be giving them a few more chances before defaulting to a farther location. Tonight was one such chance, and I've raised my rating 1 star in favor of it. I showed up an hour before close, expecting (and this wouldn't be horribly unreasonable this time) them to be missing things, but no, they had everything, even guac! Team seemed in better spirits too.
Original Review after 5+ visits: Consistently out of ingredients, I've been bringing my own and then they're out of MORE things. It's insane. I'm not paying full price for...
Read moreI honestly have a newfound love for Chipotle. The food is always great HOWEVER. I went in to get lunch after work. I waited at the counter for about 4 minutes before even being greeted although there was a woman on the line. Her name was Benny. When she finally got to me she made me feel so unwelcome. I asked for steak and she said “just chicken” I didn’t understand what she meant so I repeated that I wanted steak and she told me steak wouldn’t be ready for another hour. I then asked what the difference was between chicken and chicken pastor (other than the obvious color). She pointed up to the menu and said “there” as if I was supposed to understand what she meant yet again. My response was other than the price. “Is it spicy or..” she told me yes a little. I then picked regular and told her I wanted vinegarette. Thinking that she didn’t hear me she just continued to make my bowl. Sloppily throwing my toppings on top. I wanted to say something then but I figured she was having a bad day. When she completed my bowl I asked for the vinaigrette yet again. She tells the cashier my order for pricing and she walks away from the counter. The cashier smiled, apologized on her behalf and went to get my vinagarette. I asked for the manager but I understood he was busy helping the cook and I didn’t want to interrupt him because i too work in the food industry. The cashier apologized on her behalf and I ate my lunch in my car. The most unwelcomed I’ve ever felt...
