Arby's — Restaurant in Texas

Ordered 15 roast beef sliders and 6 buffalo chicken sliders for myself my son my daughter and two special needs girls. Took forever to get the order they had us park even though we went through the drive-thru and after about 10 minutes I walked in and they said the order was almost ready. We waited another 5 minutes they brought out two bags handed them to us I said are you sure everything's in there they assured us it was. We drove about 15 minutes to get home open the base and the roast beef sandwiches were there but there was not even one Buffalo chicken slider. We got the girls started eating on their food went back to Arby's to get the chicken sandwiches. First of all the same rude woman that took our order and kept saying it would be out in just a minute came to the window and immediately said Do you have the bags Do you have all the receipts and everything. I said no we were just here the kids are eating their food we want the chicken that we paid for. She stomped around a bit the young man that was with her said he would go get the sandwiches right then. Surprise surprise The buffalo chicken sandwiches took less than 3 minutes to get to us. Truly believe they just forgot to put them in the bag and so when we came back they just move them into a bag and walked them out to us then. Will never go back the people were rude the service was terrible the food did not arrive. Two trips to Arby's is at least one...

If you have never eaten at Arby’s and you like roast beef, you should try it. I’ve never had anything but exceptional food and service here. I usually go through the drive through and even when there are two to three cars ahead of me, they are still very quick at getting people through. I am a die hard fan of their French dips, roast beef on a hoagie like bun with au jus. It’s as good as I’ve had at any sit down restaurant, if not better. Previously I’ve had the classic roast beef San which and the beef and cheddar, both of which are excellent alternatives. The Mozzarella sticks are good too, but you need to eat them first or you won’t have the melted cheese experience you should. And my favorite is the sea salt caramel cookie that they keep warm, so if you get to it fast enough, the chocolate is still melted, which in my book, is a major plus. So I have been going to this Arbys for years and was never really impressed but was never really disappointed.. Until today.

Ordered my normal order, they were out of Dr Pepper and then out of milkshakes.. ok disappoint but hay it’s Covid it happens.

I get to the window and tell the girl I need a hand full of Arby Sauce, a few Horsy sauce, and don’t forget the Branco sauce for the Jalapeño poppers.

Her response was you can only have one Arbys sauce Sir.. I told her I would just pay for it! Her response Sir I can’t do that!

I was shocked and told her to cancel the order. She said I already ran your card. My response was then credit it back. Her response I can’t do that!
