Baker's Dozen Donuts — Restaurant in Texas

We recently ordered customized donuts for our daughter’s 5th birthday, and I have to say, Baker's Dozen went above and beyond to make it a truly unforgettable experience! The theme for her party was inspired by the song “The Warrior” by Scandal feat. Patty Smyth, and we wanted something unique and fun to match the bold energy of the song—and that’s exactly what we got!

From the moment we reached out, the staff at Baker's Dozen were so accommodating and excited to take on the challenge. The final result was nothing short of amazing—each donut was decorated to perfection, featuring vibrant colors and symbols that tied perfectly to the song's theme. It felt like a mini tribute to our daughter’s favorite anthem!

Not only did they make the donuts look incredible, but they tasted even better—fluffy, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The kids at the party were absolutely thrilled.

As I was there, getting our breakfast this morning. There were two different lines. One lady was standing in line and she said she was there for one of the pick up services. Not sure if it was DoorDash or which one. The lady behind the counter told her that she needed to be in the other line. That’s where DoorDash was. The pick up lady says OK sorry I didn’t know that she said maybe you should post a sign. The lady behind the counter then said I do have a sign and points to a little sign that’s not even as big as a half a sheet of paper. And said there it is. The sign was being blocked by me from where I was standing in the second line. The pick up person told the lady maybe you should make a bigger sign since that one’s not very significant (small). The lady behind the counter then got smart and said I’m not going to argue with you. I don’t want you back in my establishment. The pick up lady states I will not be coming back here. Such poor customer service you showed someone who is delivering your products I will definitely not be back to...

I know that I will never return to place again/ I went bought some donuts from here. And remind you I am a regular customer here. The guy that helped me with my order was amazing but the owner was rude. I was trying to get a couple of the little paper bags and I was trying to get the bag the owner slapped my hand as if I was a kid. No you don’t touch those. But I have never had that problem before. I wasn’t touching any food or anything just an empty bag. And when I called back to say how I felt one of the other owners which was probably the husband. Showed no empathy or care at all. But he said that he will see what happened m, I asked if he would give me a call back he said no and hung up in my face. I know they have lost my business and I will not be returning.
