Would suggest Chilis provides more training to their staff, namely their managers. We came into this location on Sunday afternoon at 3pm (we typically go to the SUPERB Tomball location on FM 2920). We ordered the dip trio. Our waitress noticed our cheeses were low as well as our chips so brought more chips and offered to refill our cheeses. Unbeknownst to us at the time, the cheeses are not refillable. We accepted the waitress offer to refill the cheeses and the waitress took our bowls of cheeses which were still half full. A minute later, the manager, Tiffany, came to explain that the cheeses are not bottomless and there would be an extra charge to bring them back out. Since we didn't anticipate the extra fees, we kindly declined however we pointed out the bowls were still half full. She said ok and walked away. What she brought back were two small disposable plastic mini bowls. I wasnt palnning to make a stink about it. After subsequentlty asking our waitress, Serena, the name of the manager, that same manager came over and asked if everything was OK. I proceeded to explain the way she handled the situation was poor and that she as a manager, to ensure the integrity of the business and future possible business, should accommodate customers in situations like this one. Remember, we accepted what we were offered earlier. She explained once more how the waitress was new and she shouldn't have offered to refill the cheeses. Before she left she stated she would "check to see how much was left in the original bowls". I guess this was her way of trying to make us whole. Finally, we found resolution when Bailey Medina came over to speak about the situation. Though the experience was disappointing for the first half of the visit, the second half was much better after Bailey got involved, simply because she spoke like she cared for her customers and seemed to really understand the need for a good customer service. Kudos to Serena for her great service, and to Bailey for helping to rectify the situation. We may return in the future, but are hesitant because of the first experience with the manager Tiffany and how she handled things. If we do return, it will be some time in the distant future to allow for thorough training of...
Read moreThe BEST Chili's in the area!!!! Our waitress Courtney is ON TOP OF HER GAME!!!!! I did observe other servers and the bartender as well to see if we happened to get lucky with a great server or if the rest of the staff were up to high standards of professionalism. I'm very pleased to announce...clears throat....the evening shift that worked on Saturday, September 16, 2018 are all Rock stars🎉🎉🎉🎉 The food was delicious and the last time we had dinner at a different Chili's it wasn't good at all. We were apprehensive about eating at Chili's, I'm so happy we did!!! Oh! They brought back Chicken Fried Steak (Country Fried Steak)!!!! I was craving chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and white pepper gravy 😍😍😍😍 Omgosh.....sooooo flipping good!!! My other side was a cup of their chicken enchilada soup (I know, weird combo lol....the soup is just too good😁). Even though I have a gastric sleeve and can't eat a whole lot... Chili's has this new insanely yumminess looking, enormous, creative new hamburger. I wish I had taken a picture of the burger to show y'all. Next time I go, which I'm sure it will be very soon, I'm ordering that burger hands down and I'm super picky about my burgers. Whomever is responsible for conjuring up this culinary creatively genius masterpiece burger needs to be acknowledged, rewarded, kissed on the cheek, given roses, etc and whatever else, because without even trying it, I know it's going to be an explosive party of pure yumminess💖.....don't worry, I'll tell y'all what is on this burger (I'm sure I will forget a few ingredients and I apologize for that in advance)... obviously the hamburger has a huge bun, thick seasoned juicy burger patty, lettuce, tomato, pickle (?), onion....and now the genius masterpiece additions: slow smoked tender juicy brisket, fall off the bone melt in your mouth rib meat (no bones of course), cheddar jalapeno smoked sausage, fried onion petals.... I know I'm missing some ingredients 😕 If I'm not mistaken this revolutionary masterpiece has a special sauce. I'm honestly considering going back tonight for dinner and ordering...
Read moreThe menu choices are what's wrong with this place along with how much they jacked up the prices. $20.99 for Cajun chicken pasta is outrageous from a mediocre chain restaurant. Servers were more worried about gossiping in the corner than refilling an iced tea. Idk if they actively tell them not to remove any dishes AT ALL while guests are at the table but that what it seems like. Bring a refill of Dr pepper for my son and just leave the empty cup on the table. The ribs have a good flavor and ARE falling off the bone. Fries are definitely delicious. On the contrary I ordered broccoli and they literally put ZERO seasoning. I mean it's microwaved and thrown on the plate. Not even a dash of salt and pepper or a small dab of butter. Tried the new Chipotle Honet chicken straps. MY son was severely disappointed. They douse them in so much sauce they are soggy and while there's a hint of Chipotle flavor, there's absolutely no spice to them whatsoever. The whole "sweet and spicy" concept is non existent. More like Chipotle flavored oney. There are plenty of tvs for football watching though. I wasn't drinking, but I could see it might be nice to have a beer and watch multiple games at once. I realize it's Chili's and not 3 star restaurant, still was a bit disappointed especially on the value side. The skillet cookie for dessert was on point and we went cause that's what my son really wanted, so that part was cool. Seeing a happy face and eyes full of enjoyment on my kid definitely made the...
