Horrific service. 7pm on a Friday before a major freeze yet we decided to stop and get ice cream anyway. The moment we walked up to the counter it was an issue. The person working acted as if our existence there was a problem and made it very apparent that the fact that we could not hear them through the mask and over the music was annoying. We can see eye rolls over the mask. We explained that we haven't been there before and would like their suggestions regarding questions they asked us. More attitude. As they made our ice cream I asked to add brownie ask they were mixing and the huffy and puffs were audible through the masks. The two people making our order whispered and rolled their eyes the entire time as if we did something uncalled for. I asked for a lid on mine and got a serious attitude. I thought to ask for a lid for the other one before they finished up and the other person stopped, stared and started to complain to her colleague about it. As if adding a lid on top of the ice cream was a huge undertaking. The person finally went and put the lid on the ice cream after going back and forth about it with her co worker. I asked if it was a problem but they ignored me. That person then walked over, tossed the ice cream container on the counter so hard that it slid and I had to stop it on the other side. They walked off without a word. I wanted a bag but didn't want to ask. The person checking us out asked if we wanted a bag and I said oh yes please I was afraid to ask. They packed it up, handed it to me, and walked away without a word. I said thank you and was ignored. We stepped out and checked what time they closed thinking that the rudeness came from us coming in last minute. The website said they closed at 11pm. It was 7pm. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this location. I ordered a custom petite ice cream cake for my birthday over the phone on July 6th because there was no place to order it online. I scheduled it for a 6:30p pick up today and when I showed up the employees were completely lost and couldnât find the order. I then waited 20min for them to scramble to finish it. Robert who I think was the manager never even apologized for what happened and didnât seem to give a care either. The cake I received is a complete joke! Itâs barely the size of the palm of my hand. It has maybe the amount of ice cream in a âlike itâsize cup with a stale looking piece of cake on the bottom and I paid $20 for it!    Read moreI was excited to take my boyfriend here for his first time. Our little ice cream date was going ok even though they had a little line. It took a turn when Laura stepped over to help but assumed that my guy and I were with another African American customer who was in front of us but no biggie. Ashreile our original server continued to prepare our order when Laura came back to assist(idk) but when she took my cold ice cream and put it in a hot waffle cone and then moved to on to serve the next customer that was it for me. I was in no hurry but clearly Laura was. Why would someone put cold ice cream in a hot cone? If I wanted soggy soup I would have went elsewhere. So now Ashreile has deal with me the irritated customer who no longer wishes to purchase Lauraâs mistake .This was my worst experience at a Cold Stone!!
