Extremely overrated. Honestly this looks like a genius exploitation of the rich and I'm all behind that but I'd enjoy these at half the price. Approximately $3.50 ish a cookie is just too ridiculous for my budget and I've had cheaper cookies that have tasted better. Not only that but you can by full size version of these dessert flavors and items for the about the same price.
Word of the wise to the average working class: Tasty, but only if someone else is paying. (Except the chocolate chip. It's dry and nasty. Don't subject yourself to that.)
To the rich: Buy for your friends. It won't kill ya to share the wealth a little.
To the creators of the company: I wish I had thought of it first.
To the store employees: I hope you're paid fair because this place is outrageously busy for those prices unless a good portion of profit goes to you.
I read some of the other reviews after posting mine. One person was mad they were kicked out for being rude to people XD and another was upset for being kicked out because they had a dog. It's food service, if it isn't a trained service dog, it shouldn't be inside. And someone may be allergic. I love/hate reading selfish rich people reviews.
Additional note to the owner who replies on here: just make a better chocolate chip cookie. You want people to come back for the other flavors? Then do the SIMPLEST one RIGHT. duh. It ain't...
Read moreA couple of months ago, I wouldn’t have give this store 5 stars. We had issues every time we went. The cookies were never in stock. In July, I placed a delivery order for cookies. The order never showed up in their system. I was told I couldn’t be refunded. The poor driver there for my food just stood around waiting when there were no cookies to wait for. The manager at the time took the drivers phone & told me that she didn’t have time for me at the moment, the store was too busy & I would have to come in for a refund. Unfortunately, I was going out of town & couldn’t make it into the store for a refund. Today, my family is in town & loves Crumbl so we went in to snag some sugar cookies. I brought up the issue I had July 3rd. Roxie (the new manager) reassured me that the people who were in the store then are no longer there & that they have a whole new team. She promised those issues wouldn’t happen again. Not ONLY did she refund me for my order I never received in July, she also gave my family an entire party box of cookies for free. Absolute excellent customer service & I feel confident in the team at that store now! Can’t wait to get more cookies. If you happen to run into any issues, ask for Roxie....
Read moreThe concept behind Crumbl Cookies is such a hit to me. Changing your flavor selection weekly is a sure way to have people coming back. Location: Top notch. Towne lake is such a cute area. Family friendly and everything is walkable but parking gets hectic because the mass growth in the Cypress area in such a short time. There is just not enough spots for everyone. Non the less, if you have a good attitude and are patient, you'll find something quickly because it's a very active area. Store Front: Modern, bright and CLEAN. I have to say this because I equate light to cleanliness. Dark, moody places are always questionable, but well lit places have little ability to hide much. Great staff, mobile pay options available for easy transactions. Price per cookie at this location is $3.25. Seems reasonable for the grand size of the cookies themselves. I am personally not a fan of the overly icing topped cookies, but my daughter is and her favorite so far is the coconut cream pie! It was seasonal so who knows when it will be back! I loved the oatmeal chocolate chip. Served warm! Yum. They have an app, just download it lol You can check the flavors weekly and see if something taps your interest. Obviously will...
