Crumbl — Restaurant in Texas

I'm very disappointed with the staff at this location. For clarification-- this was my first time trying Crumbl. I knew nothing about it, pricing, how to order, packages etc.

When I arrived, I was greeted by one staff member. Very polite, well versed in what Crumbl has to offer, she explained everything to me. Meanwhile, to the left of the register there was another worker. Jaidee, she was speaking to what I thought was another customer, showing him things on her phone and having a conversation. During this time, there were "dings" and "honks" going off. I was informed by the first worker "those are app orders and carry outs, excuse me while I get those orders done." I told the girl "that's ok, take your time" as I still didn't know what I wanted to order.

Meanwhile, Jaidee never once moved from her spot at the pickup section. Minutes go by and she continues to chat with the guy she was previously talking to. The first worker who attended me starting doing the orders, and more dings and honks continue to sound and Jaidee didn't help once. She continued to talk with what now I realize was not a customer but someone close to her. Instead she commanded the other worker "aren't you going to get those?" and after some time the man left and she started counting the money at the open register. I understand closing time can get hectic but she was very rude to the other worker, making her do all the work. She rolled her eyes, sounded very condescending towards the girl and just ordered her to do things and call out orders as multiple clients came into the store. Jaidee needs to have a serious talk on how to treat co-workers. She even got upset at the other girl for calling out the wrong name of a customer she got confused with. Seriously!?...

I always enjoy Crumbl Cookies and most locations are great! This one star review is not based on the brand but rather the service at this location. When you get your order at Crumbl, the staff always bring out your cookies and verify with you that your order is correct and you're good with your order. When I went in to this location, it was about 3:30pm on a Saturday. There were 0 customers in the store at the time and the two staff in front were doing nothing but sweeping at the time I walked in. I had ordered on the app and tapped the "I'm Here" button to let them know when I had arrived. When I walked in and they were sweeping, one of the employees turns to see if there's an order and just then begins to complete the order that I had placed 10 min prior. She then brought both cookies I had ordered up and gives me the closed boxes and tells me "here". So the standard for Crumbl employees to bring up the open boxes for you to verify the accuracy of your order and that the cookies are to standard goes out the window for this store. To be honest, this is really just the way it is in El Paso. Most places I've eaten here have the worst service of all. Employees quite literally act as though you've inconvenienced them by walking in to purchase their products/services. They act as though they should simply be paid for keeping the store floor clean and playing on their phones. The other locations have provided much better experiences for me and never failed to ask if the cookies are up to the standard of Crumbl. I know the cookies are good everyone, there's no denying that. But the service at this location is so bad that you should just go to a different location or take your business elsewhere until...

Had a really bad experience at this location. I paid for my order then the team later realized one of the items I paid for was not available, associate told me a refund needed to be issued but the manager was busy on a call. I waited for about 10-15 mins for him and he came very annoyed that he needed to help me. Never acknowledged me, didn’t even say hi, tapped a few times on the screen and told me I would get a refund in 24 hrs which I did not receive. Never apologized and was even mad. I tried to call the store to share the feedback with the store manager only to find out he is the store manager (Trevor) very rude with no customer service skills. The associate that first attended me apologized multiple times while I waited for the manager, but the manager seemed very inconvenienced that I was requesting a refund for something that wasn’t...
