In sooth, upon thine humble establishment I didst feast, and lo, a tale of gustatory delight must I tell. The hall, bedecked with timber and stone, doth echo with mirth and the clattering of trenchers. A warm fire didst crackle in yonder hearth, casting shadows long and flick’ring upon the faces of goodly folk assembled therein.

The fare presented was a banquet most hearty. The roasted fowl, tender and succulent, was seasoned with herbs most fragrant, the savor of which didst linger upon the tongue as a memory of summer’s bloom. The bread, fresh from the oven’s embrace, was a delight, soft yet crusty, as though kissed by the gods themselves.

Thy mead, golden and sweet, didst flow as a river from the horn, each sip a draught of honeyed ambrosia. The meats, seasoned to perfection, lay upon the table as if plucked from a feast fit for kings. And the pudding, oh, the pudding! ‘Twas rich and creamy, a delight to the senses, and a fitting end to this repast.

Yet, more than the food, ‘tis the service that doth linger in my mind. The maidens and squires who did attend were gracious and swift, their smiles as warm as the summer sun. Ne’er did I want for aught, for all was provided with nary a delay.

This location is severely understaffed. Today we went in for pretzels and the nice young lady attending the register told us it would be a 20-30 minute wait. We told her that was too long so we decided to order smoothies. We waited for 45 minutes before my husband and kids got their smoothies. I ended up leaving without a smoothie that I paid for because of the ridiculous wait time. It is not the first time I’ve had to leave this location because of outrageous wait times. I left another time while in the drive thru but at least I didn’t pay. This time I paid and was unable to get a refund because the line was backed up. The poor young lady at the register was trying her best attending the register, drive thru, passing out orders and making smoothies and lemonades. Meanwhile the manager just kept making pretzels and didn’t help her with the other orders. She clicked out of all the orders on the monitor before they were done so they wouldn’t go overdue on the monitor. Let me start by saying when it first opened it was a great place, nice workers and great drinks. Since then it has become worse, from the workers to the drinks. I always get the ice coffee with sweet cream but since they first started till now i have no idea what drink im getting becauseit ALWAYS looks and taste different. If you say something about it then they are rude, i understand they are young but its really unnecessary and doesnt sit well when your paying them for a service and instead you get attitude and not what u pay for.
