Called twice and tried for 10 minutes to get a simple large 1 topping pizza placed on the phone but I was stuck in some kind of AI Agent/IVR hell only for the bot to confirm everything, say there was a problem, and connect me to a number that rang for an additional 3 minutes before I hung up. The first attempt was chatting with me in Spanish with no option to go back. I'm trying to drive with hands free chat and dimmed sunglasses on, and it's asking me to press numbers on my phone. I had to hang up and start over. I tried to hit zero and I tried to ask for an agent the second time with no luck. Not even feedback that I attempted something. Terrible ux. So, I stayed on the line and the second attempt was the bot repeting and confirming the same obvious stuff over and over in different ways. I ordered 1 item. You confirmed it when I said it the first time. I didn't need 3 time consuming confirmations of a large pizza. I didn't dare add anything like I planned to for fear of it being confused and taking even longer. Needless to say I was highly irritated when it said there was a problem, AFTER , confirming my order was correct, and then no one answered the real phone to help me. The whole point was to have it ready by the time I passed Dominoes on the way home from work. I do this all the time. Instead I passed the store while fighting with the ivr, hung up, and went somewhere else for dinner. I won't be using this Dominoes in the future for sure, maybe any of them if they've gone to AI agents. Not worth the hassle. Pay your staff. Give people jobs. Wtf. I'm not giving any restaurant my business if it's using AI and bots to avoid paying people and helping the labor market. Especially when it's slower and annoying. So...
Read moreThis store number 9266 has been virtually flawless and when they made one mistake the pizza was still great but they gave our next order free.. This is great business.. Like many businesses they have been hurt and the past couple of deliveries I have noticed a noticeable difference in the quality of the pizza. My order which is a medium pizza (4 toppings including extra cheese) and brownies cost me $32.89 plus delivery tip which they deserve for the convenience but last night I ordered and the already medium pizza had all the ingredients in the middle of the pizza with a 3-3 1/3" border of nothing but dough. I called the store and the manager gave me the choice of a credit for the entire order or a $25.00 gift for my next order or both. I never ask no one to work for free so I took the $25 for the next order but now that it has sunk in, I think I should have been reimbursed for the entire order. The desert was cold and seemed much smaller than normal. I hate to be the greezy wheel but I order there a lot and feel if they are changing portions then the pricing needs to change. Other than that the service has been good with the exception of them not being able to find my lot and I direct them to us. In my profile it has notes lot# and first trailer on left as you come ijn to the park. The delivery guy last night argued in a sense I should tell them this but he should have known since he was the delivery person on our last order..lol Still a good place to order when you do not feel like...
Read moreI've literally been on the phone waiting 39:20 for my order to process over the phone, This is the worst service I've received in Lord knows when. I will never suggest ordering from the Princeton location. If you're going to have services to order over the phone there's absolutely no reason for it to take now 42:37 for your order to process not to mention haven't spoken with a live person from the establishment. We all work hard for our money and if this is the type of service we're to receive we may as well drive to Wal-Mart and buy a store brand pizza and call it the day. At least you can see the lines slowly moving towards checkout. The operator just came on the line and wanted to know if I wanted to continue with placing my order after waiting 47 minutes, are you kidding me. No response of my time wasted. All the locations here in Princeton Texas should be closed for lack of customer service. Ridiculous to say the least. I'm sure I won't get a response regarding my service but that goes to show once again that "customer service" has taken the backseat and you take your chances with this type of establishment. I've worked over 20+ years in Corporate Management and we often appreciate our associates and we generally order pizza but after the lack of service received I'll be sure to post on Facebook and all other social media sites regarding the services. Thank you for spoiling...
