Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Not worth it. It used to be that the garlic butter crust gave Dominos a taste edge. Well, don't depend on it anymore, just like you can't depend on Dominos to put enough cheese on the pizzas anymore. The crust tasted like cardboard and there was barely any garlic butter. I hadn't ordered pizza from Domino's for years and the garlic butter crust fell from grace. Plus the pizza didn't taste good - the toppings were nasty. I order the same toppings combinations elsewhere so Dominos did something wrong. The cheesy bread with the marinara sauce dip are maybe the only things worth ordering.

Update Summer 2025** Someone begged me to try the stuffed crust, so begrudged. I was scammed, again, on cheese. I requested light sauce, extra cheese, and Parmesan, and I received light sauce, light cheese and no Parmesan. The pizza (before the crust) tastes like preserved tomatoes and cardboard, that has less love than the regular crust on a Little Caesars pizza. That's a new low. The stuffed crust? I bit into the crust last - it's nothing to rave about. Not worth the hype. The Parmesan was sparse on the crust and didn't enhance the flavor. When I crave a stuffed crust pizza in the future, I won't pay a $4 upcharge for subpar taste from Domino's. Pizza Hut's plain stuffed crust tastes better than this. Little Caesars stuffed crust, both pretzel and crazy, tastes better than this. Digiorno's stuffed crust pizzas (frozen pizza at the grocery store that gives you heartburn) tastes better than this. Worst pizza ever! Ordered delivery, I live 10 min. away, and waited 90 min for my pizza that was promised in 30. When it did arrive the driver just left it on the ground on my porch, and never even knocked, The pizza was cold, overcooked, did not have the extra cheese I paid for, and the wings barely had a drizzle of sauce. Called and got a credit. Decided to give them a 2nd try the following day and used my credit, called in the order and explained what happened the day prior and they assured me that my order would be correct this time. Nope, it was worse, this time the pizza was burnt, I did not order a thin crispy crust, but the crust was so thin and overcooked that the crust was hard and black on the edges and bottom, also did not have the extra cheese I ordered again, the meat was overcooked again as well, and again the wings only had a drizzle of sauce. I was so done at this point I got in the car and drove up there (broken foot and all which is why I ordered delivery) and took their trash food back to them. Altogether I had paid $50 for a medium pizza, and 8pc wings. Originally they were only going to refund me the $5.40 delivery fee for the 2nd day, and I was not accepting that. They messed up the order completely both times I demanded a full refund, which they finally did after some extra demands on my part. Yup, I was a full-on Karen that day. Oh well, it was necessary. Ordered from here last, I normally do not write reviews but this warranted one. So called ordered a pizza and some boneless wings for my family, we don't like ordering close to places closing so listed close time showed 11 so we ordered at 10:20 - we are literally 5 minutes away from them . Turns 11 food shows up , get it inside the kitchen and they brought the wrong wings - not sure of which flavor but they had bone in - these are for my 4 year old so bone in is probably not going to work.easy fix . Called back and they tried to tell us it was our fault, that we ordered it . We instructed that they were wrong , they argued . I told them they brought us the wrong stuff we need our money back . This guy on the other end of the phone tries to tell me no ?! Lol I almost laughed at him , I was about to tell him fine don't worry about it we will call our credit card provider and contest the charge ( since he had no intention of trying to make it right ) after making much more of a big deal about it and not being anywhere near what a good customer service experience would be he finally refunded the money . Let me add with no sort of apaulogy or acknowledgement of THEM GETTING US THE ERONG ORDER . Long story short I don't eat out very often cause I eat healthy but I guarantee me cheat days will include another local business and not this place . Bottom line whoever owns this place needs to be seriously looking into the management they have In place currently. Terrible...
