Went in this morning to grab my son breakfast before his appt. Instead of donuts he asked could he have a sandwich with sausage & cheese. The female at checkout was very nice (she’s the only reason for 1 star & the fact I couldn’t put anything less) & stated they have a sausage, egg & cheese. I said that’ll work, just no egg because he’s allergic. She proceeded and said she’ll just take the egg off. Well as I’m waiting, the food prep station is open so I saw the young lady making the sandwich. She made the sandwich with the egg on it but realized it said it said no egg. She then took the egg of & bought the sandwich to pickup. I explained to her (nicely) I saw the egg touched & that he’s allergic. Boom, attitude & unprofessionalism activated. Her voice escalates and says “we need to know if their is an allergy”. I looked at my receipt & it states no egg, I then show them. At this point I thought she was remaking the sandwich, but NO, I’ve been standing for at least 3 minutes. Another lady walks up and said do you want a refund? You mean to tell me I’ve been standing here and it wasn’t being remade. During this the blonde young lady with the white vapor Max is upset, agitated, and bothered. Engaging in convos with other employees that seemed towards me, but I won’t assume, was distasteful even if it wasn’t. You’re in a customer service business that is open and customers can hear and see everything. The young lady then come back that asked would I like a refund to say “can I give you a refund or something else?”. I asked for something else, but I noted the unprofessionalism. I see why the overall stars are 1.5, that’s ridiculous. We do frequent this location but usually through the drive thru. This is an unfortunate day of events, because my kids request this place & I actually love their avocado toast. But I’ll simply have find another location. Do better with customer service please. Read moreThe worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I live just 10 minutes away from this location and go often, but every single time I’ve been, I’ve had an issue with the same employee. She’s a woman, probably about 5’5” or shorter, with long hair or dreads. She’s the rudest employee there, and it’s gotten so bad that she hides behind the counter near the drive-thru to avoid customers. I’ve tried repeatedly to reach the manager to address my experiences with her, but it’s only getting worse. The phone number is useless, and when I ask for a manager in person, she claims there isn’t one available.
Today, I went in and ordered a coffee. She told me, “we’re not doing that anymore,” so I ordered a different one. As I was giving my new order, she repeated it incorrectly, and when I corrected her, she claimed she’d said it right, even though she hadn’t. I continued customizing my coffee, but she repeated the wrong syrups with an obvious attitude, acting as though my order was a huge inconvenience. I asked again if there was a manager, and she screamed “no” at me before I drove off without my order. As I passed the drive-thru window, I saw her crouched down, hiding behind the counter.
This has been an ongoing issue for months, and it’s honestly ridiculous. The employee is incredibly unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming. If you’re not willing to do your job or treat customers respectfully, you shouldn’t be working there. She needs...
Read moreI wish there was a 0 star. 1 star is to good for this DD. I am so disappointed in everything about this place. I am begging people not to support this business. This DD do not care about there employee. Alot of you may not know but this DD got robbed on Friday morning(7-6-18). The young lady was at work alone and someone came through the back door and put a gun to her head demanding money. Thankfully she was not harmed physically but I'm sure mentally she is badly hurt. By daughter was supposed to be be there at 6 am Friday morning and she received a text message telling her what happened. As a mother whom child is trying to make some extra money before school starts in the fall. Who has been working 2 jobs just so she can have extra. Who has been doing everything her parents ask of her to be a successful and productive young lady in society made the decision to make her quit on Friday. The manager and the owner of this location do not care about there employees. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location. They refuse to do anything about the problem. So please let's make a statement about this. Let's not support a business who will not support the safety of there employees.
