Updated: What I ordered versus what I got. It is not just this time, it is every. Single. Time, why can y’all not make coffees the way y’all are supposed to you’re literally the ones that make the recipes.I Ordered the Pumpkin Sugar Cookie Iced Coffee with cold foam and cinnamon — got a plain iced coffee instead. Paid for the specialty drink, didn’t get it. This place has a low-star rating for a reason. This location gets a lot of reviews about service, and they are not joking, the lady at the counter genuinely looks like she just doesn’t wanna be there which is fine but don’t get a customer service facing job. They’re lucky I didn’t have time to wait today. next time I’ll make sure I do.
Original- This Dunkin’ is consistently disappointing. I usually order one of the signature drinks—something that should come exactly as advertised without any customization needed—but they almost always leave something out. It’s frustrating to pay for a drink that’s never made right. On top of that, the service feels stale and indifferent, like they’re just going through the motions. When I got to the window I handed them my change and she looked at me and asked “why are you handing me money” I told her I just placed an order and had repeated my order again for her for the second time. She again looks confused and turns to her coworker beside her and yells “the guy infront got her order I just swiped his card without even asking!!!” EXCUSE ME WHAT?! the confusion of the staff lasted through the entire experience as they argued back and forth about who took my order. I get the same thing everyday and they always get it wrong. Without fail. Before this trip I went and had to hand my coffee back FOUR TIMES for them to get it right… I just order a simple Carmel late with an extra shot of espresso.. Read moreI ordered a medium iced vanilla latte and they accidentally gave me a small. No problem, I simply let her know it was a mistake. She proceeds to dump it into a bigger cup, not even a medium still, and just adds more ice in it. In Spanish, I can hear her talking in an earpiece saying “I’m just not gonna charge them anything extra” and explaining what she had just done, thinking I can’t understand but I’m fully fluent. Haha. So I told her “can I get an actual medium please? Like filled up all the way?” And she says “you want a new one?” And I said yes. Shortly after she finally gives me a medium coffee.
