This review is based off my last three experiences and is my own personal opinion. This is at the bottom of my list compared to other locations. The customer service I received at the drive thru was not the best. The attitude of the workers weren’t inviting and I get that sometimes employees aren’t having great days but when it happens every time I go it makes me question the staff. The quality of the burgers made at the Pasadena and Baytown location are spectacular but for some odd reason my burgers here taste a bit overcooked. Maybe someone will agree who has been to other locations other than this. Just tonight I was told they were out of bacon and got home to realize my fries including my wife’s weren’t seasoned like I asked multiple times since the last time they forgot. I’m not trying to discourage anyone, but only giving you what I’ve experienced on my own visits. I really hope this place gets it right for me, they could be my favorite burger spot in the area.

Me and my son were waiting for about 30 minutes for our ice cream and people who were after us got theirs before us so finally I went up and they had no clue until I got up there and then pulled up a milkshake from the counter that had been sitting there for 15 minutes and said that was mine I told them no I'm missing my other icecream and that had been sitting there and is melted im not accepting that. One guy that was there was super messy he had ice cream all over him running down his arms and hands and no gloves dripping into other people orders and stains his shirt other customer here hesitant to accept the concretes from him because his hands were touching their cones. He was just an over all hot mess. Besides that the other food was good and the lady in the back who was making the food by her lonesome self did a awesome job staying organized and the food came out nice and not all thrown together thinking that's how it would of been because she was in the back by her self. Read moreI would say about 80% of fast food managers have a attitude with either the customer or the associate. I went in this location to order food for my husband who was at home only about 5 minutes away. I wanted fresh fries. Well the worker moved the old fries over a bit and boxed some also. The manager Frankie walked up and spoke to me ask me if I was ok and asked what I ordered. I told her I was waiting on fresh fries so when I get home they wouldn't be cold for my husband. In the most polite voice she told the associate to remove the old fries before he places the new fries so they wouldn't be a mixture of old fries and fresh fries. I had to call her back by me and tell her just what kind of person I thought she was and to continue to treat guest and workers with that same respect she just did. I even watched Frankie coming from outside and speaking to every guest she passed.
