I’ve lived over here for about 4 years and this has always been our go to spot for Chinese food. I’ve had a couple issues with my orders over the years, including finding a staple in my food once. The recovery has always been great, which has always kept us coming back. My fiancé and I have been infected with COVID and ordered food to be delivered for my fiancé and I. My fiancé ordered General tao’s chicken that was completely undercooked and almost raw in some pieces. I called to ask for a credit for refund for the beyond unsatisfactory meal and instead of just taking my word, the woman insisted that I bring the food back so she can show the kitchen. I explained that we are infected with COVID and as a restaurant manager I am well aware that food that has entered a customers house should NEVER be brought back to a kitchen, let alone a house that is infected with COVID! I offered to send pictures of the food to a email or even text (even offered to show the food in the trash to prove that it was not eaten) and she insisted that I bring the food back to get a refund so she can show the kitchen the food. Why would you insist someone who has explained multiple times that they are QUARANTINED for CORONAVIRUS to bring the food back into your kitchen?! She then offered to just have a driver pick the food up and told me to leave it on my porch. So now you’re willing to cross contaminate your driver for the sake of a $8 meal? She then told me “coronavirus is ok.” How the hell is it ok?! I will never eat here again, you can keep your $8. If you’re willing to have COVID infected food/products back in your kitchen that just shows the kind of...

I ended up disappointed and canceled my order. I asked for extra hunan sauce on the side as I used to do with their restaurant and every other place I order Hunan chicken from, and the man on the phone couldn't figure out how to enter an extra side of the sauce on the computer, so he asks someone and then replied to me with, "oh we don't do that." So instead of arguing that they used to do that every time for me and just charged me extra, I just canceled. I figured A. they are pre-making it, and there is no extra sauce, or B. they did not want to make extra sauce, or both. Either way, if they don't want to spend 5 minutes making extra or whatever the reason is, then I don't want to spend money on them....

I'm personally picky about delivery places, this little hole-in-the-wall is the best chinese you can get for a chinese take out restaurant. I always google ratings on places but hardly ever write a review but for them I had to.
Their chicken fried rice blows everyone else's to pieces. Please do yourselves the favor and order the Hunan Chicken and extra hunan sauce on the side. You'll thank me later. Use a little of the sauce on your fried rice even. Yepp...
Read moreBANNED! Because of a disagreement over a botched delivery and my request for a refund, the owner has banned me from using this restaurant.
We have been using this store for about three years, ordering delivery or eating in once or twice per month. The food is decent standard Chinese fast food and was always delivered too hot to eat...that is, until last night's order. The two dinners we ordered were fine, but the crab rangoon were forgotten. My wife called and was told the rest of the order would be delivered. Over 45 minutes later, the crab rangoon arrived, old and cold. It was, apparently, the original order that was forgotten and sat on the counter for two hours. I called back to express my displeasure and the woman started shouting at me about how she's not the manager and all she could do was send another order. Well, by that time, dinner was long over and all I wanted was some empathy and customer satisfaction. I told her to tell the manager that I wanted a refund. About a half hour later, the manager called me back and said he would issue a refund but I was banned from using his restaurant ever again. That's OK, it's going to hurt him...
